This is my first review for Quality Comfort Air, but I am a repeat costumer and will continue uaing this company! I've always gotten quick service, often within same day! This company has also been able to find the issue and resolve it with the best possible and cost-effective solution. The technicians are knowledgeable and friendly.
I will always use this company!!! They care about their clients! All their technicians go above and beyond when coming over to take care of my A/C. I have a service contract with them and they installed my new unit several years ago. They will always have my trust and my business.
Every other AC company said they couldn’t see me until Wednesday and it was Monday. These guys came out quick were very thorough very pleasant to deal with and absolutely the most reasonable prices. I will definitely use them again in the future if anything goes wrong with my air conditioner! Also worth noting this was right before a holiday so they were working late and it has of course made a huge difference for my wife and I and our two Chihuahuas who are of course the most important part.
Damion was very diligent and fixed my problem. He explained what he was doing at every step and made me feel he was a very reliable service technician.
I called to make my 6 month check up a couple of weeks ago and was told it would be a while before they could schedule me. Today I called again to ask for an appt. and she called me back within 5 min. and scheduled me right then if the appt. could be immediately. Heck yes, I said. Very pleased!
Had 2 AC units replaced this month in my 2 story house. FANTASTIC SERVICE> Showed up on time, installation went well with minor hiccups that they handled without fuss. Cleaned up after installation. and even wore shoe booties to keep my house dirt and debris free. I HIGHLY recommend these guys without ANY reservation. Nice to be able to trust a contractor these days. **************************************************************** OK, 6 years later. System blowing hot air. Called for service received immediate response. Showed up in less than a hour. Addressed the problem, they obtained repair parts (under warranty still) and got us up and running on Friday night before the 95* hot weekend. Super team co-operation. Still glad I have a contractor to count on.
Damion showed up as scheduled which he texted me ahead of time to let me know he was on the way. He went right to work and isolated the issue and corrected it quickly. Could not of asked for any better. I will be using Quality Comfort in the future and recommending them to my friends. Thank You Wayne
On May 29th, Central Air unit outside stopped working about 7 pm. I called my usual AC company but got the recording instead that said they would return my call. Never heard back from them. About forty minutes later, my dad suggested Quality Comfort. I called and Damion returned my call in about 15 minutes. He was in the area and would stop by. He fixed the AC unit and spoke to me about their members service plan. I signed up and feel great about my new service. I’m especially thankful that my 88 year old father didn’t have to spend the night without air conditioning.
Outstanding company and highly recommend. Available 24/7. Friendly, professional staff. I been utilizing this company for several years after having had unpleasant experiences with other AC companies in the past.

We've been using Quality Comfort for a few years now for maintenance on our old system. When it came time to replace it from estimate to installation the guys were extremely professional and within a few hours had the new system up and running. I can't say enough about how impressed we are. Highly recommend this company and will continue to use them for all our a/c needs!
Austin was absolutely awesome every time they come out here for a I've been with him a lot of years and they're excellent they're great people great service and they do a great job and again Austin was tops took care of everything between him and the rest of the company and Tara allowing me to do what I have to do to get by thank you
Great service, Damion came out and installed our new AC system, very professional and told us what was going on with our previous system and corrected some of the duct work from a previous company. I am very happy with what they did. Definitely recommended to others. Thank you Damion, Tara and Sol.
Austin showed up same day with parts to get AC up and running. Had to get rid of Extreme Air and Heat because they did not. Damion was able to repipe and help after hours with all of his knowledge. Definitely recommend this company.

Thank you, Damion for the explanations and info on our old system. 10/2022 Review: I researched many companies and based on the excellent reviews, I selected Quality Comfort Air Conditioning and I'm very happy that I did. I called explained that my AC wasn't working properly and my contact info was taken and told I would receive a call back. About 20 minutes later I got a call back from Tara who informed me that a technician was in the area and could be to my home in 30 minutes. Austin and Asher arrived promptly and they got right to work. Very friendly and courteous and informative. The work was good and did not break the bank. I'm very happy with this company and look forward to working with them in the future and I have no hesitation recommending them to others needing A/C service to their central air system. Thank you Quality Comfort!

Damion was friendly and professional. He answered my questions & went above/beyond to seal a opening he saw. Great maintenance service.
Quality comfort is worthy of its name. Ash and Damian responded to install an A/C compressor and handler and did so in an efficient, unobtrusive, and professional fashion. They encouraged me to check their work and progress any time I wanted and answered all my questions, explaining how the thermostat works, how to check the UV light and how to check my surge protector. I am very confident of the work done by these two gentleman and will use Quality Comfort in the future. Big shout out to Austin who was essential for making this happen thank you.
