Nextech is a great employer and HVAC/R service provider! The amount of support and recognition from leadership is unmatched. If you are looking for a commercial grade HVAC/R service provider, Nextech is the first place I would go!
If you don't fit there look as in being Skinny you can't work there if you take your time to climb a 70 foot ladder you are not fast enough so you can't work there.

Just wanted to say that this CMS Nextech guy completely ran a red light at a spot where people tend to run red lights while distracted. Saw him using his laptop while driving. Van number 963 on on 10/3/2022 at 9:44AM in Denver, CO. Got it on my dashcam if you would like me to email it to you guys.

This is worst company to get service from they are very unprofessional and very unknowledgeable. I had service done on my air conditioning and had to call them back three different times. The third time they sent the service manager by the name of Stuart he was just as bad as the other techs I had to end up calling whole different A/C company to get the job done correctly. Please BEWARE I would hate for anyone to go through the same experience I went through.
My son works for CMS and I absolutely know that he takes his job very seriously! He strives for perfection and has excellent work ethics. Many times he will be gone by 4:30 a.m. and I don't see him home until 5 p.m.
