Our hero!! We had no air for days....as my wife and I were melting, we were referred to Jay's. They called us back right away and had someone out within a few hours. Gwinn was awesome! Problem solved! They have us as customers for life! Pick them people!😊
I have used this firm since they started in business. They are professional, completely knowledgeable and proffer sound recommendations. My unit is over ten years old and when it finally quits, I will call them for a replacement without shopping around.
6-28-23 UPDATE AWESOME SERVICE Showed up SUPER FAST.... explained problem and resolved issue with preventative plan! So happy with our choice to use Jay's Air & Heat! 8-1-22 On time and fast...full system replacement...super tight work space...sound proofed the handler closet. Super install... courteous technicians
Excellent service, very responsive and knowledgeable. Fixed the unit, plus offered advice and answered my numerous questions on an aging unit without resulting to pressure tactics.
Jay knows all his customers personally and treats them like family. Its great to have such trust in a business like his. He also educates us on the best operations for the system.
I have a service contract with Jay's for 5 years or so now. Excellent company to deal with. Very responsive, good people, excellent service work (I had Sears before and Jay's service is much more detailed in their maintenance IMHO). Can't go wrong using Jay's! Just had Jay himself out today. I have NO HESITATION in recommending Jay's AC!

Chase and his co-worker showed up ,diagnosed my problem in 5 minutes and had me back up and running in 10 minutes.If you call anybody else you’ve already messed up.
Prompt service - scheduled for between noon & 3pm. They called and came at 10:15. Flushed the drain line and got the unit running. Very professional and price is competitive. Will use them from now on.

A decade of service and Jays team was great to start and is getting better with time. I use them once a year when my system isn't broken, just to check the system. Sometimes they find wear or corrosion and are able to replace something before it fails. They seem to appreciate that I keep up with maintaining my systems so it's rare that I ever have to make the dreaded 'emergency August 15th Sunday afternoon 110 degrees in the shade... 'Dead A/C' please come out and fix it', call. They're great, vast knowledge and honest.
