Technician tried to charge me twice as much as what my next door neighbor was charged for the same repair on an identical unit. My neighbor paid $200 to have a capacitor replaced. The technician initially quoted me $503 (included additional $81 Freon charge). I ended up paying $397. The office manager said there was a 20% increase in price - which means I still paid $69 more than the increased price for the same replacement! But I am Black and my neighbor is white so I guess that makes it okay.
Extreme Air & Electric is an outstanding company. There are always there when you need repairs or a full house HVAC remodel. I give them my highest rating.
Been very happy with the service and responsiveness of this company and their employees. Anthony Eurick has been out several times to service my unit and we've been very happy with his support and capabilities.

The service guy, Anthony, was on time, introduced himself so I knew he was there, and listened to my concerns before doing the maintenance.
I use Extreme for all of my electrical work, John is the pro that works on my generator and any electrical work. He is the ultimate in responsibility and communication. Ken did my recent AC yearly check and service. He was also on time, prepared, knowledgeable, communicated well, and did a great job.

Outstanding customer service, the two technicians arrived on time and in less than 5 hrs they had removed my old unit and installed a new one! Even asked if I would need their help putting away the portable ac units I had purchased to cool the house until they could get to my home.I am truthfully very impressed with these two technicians and the entire staff of Extreme Air and Electric
