Very professional. Greg checked the pressure, measuerd the air flow & temperature and explained the issue in a way we could understand. We had previously had them install a 240 volt outlet for our auto, and that service was done quickly & economically. We will definetly use and recommend their service. 06 July 2023 I called for service yesterday and was given an appointment for today. Justin arrived in the timeframe promised, and went right to diagnosing the problem. He completed all the required checks on the system, cleaned out the drain system, checked for leaks in the vent tubes in the attic ( on a 93° day; much higher in the attic), and got the system cooling in about 1/2 an hour. Justin explained the issue clearly. He was very professional. The scheduler, Cathy, was very friendly & efficient. I am very happy with their services; we have had them work on the air system & also had them install an outlet for our car charger. Their work is professional & efficient. Their prices are very reasonable, and I can count on the job to be done right; a rarity in this market.
Outstanding company. Fast. Knowledgeable. Courteous. We've been very satisfied customers for a dozen years. Today Clayton came out because the unit wasn't cooling properly. He quickly diagnosed the problem (a clog in the drain line was halting the unit), explained it to us, cleaned it out, etc. He also took a few minutes to show us advance settings on our control panel and added features we hadn't realized were available. He made sure we understood everything before he finished the work. He made sure we were satisfied before finishing up. We also have the twice a year maintenance contract with them and love their service. We will call Durham & Sons if we need help again. I recommend you do too.

Cathy was awesome! There was great communication from her. The electrician broke down but she kept me informed. I had a house surge protector put on, three outlets and to carriage lights outside the garage. The electricians were very professional, courteous and quick. They showed up when they said they would and I had no problems at all. I would highly recommend this company.
After waiting 3 days for a callback from my previous A/C service provider, I called Durham and Sons for help with my A/C that was not coming on. They came out the same day and installed a new capacitor. Prompt, friendly service on a very hot day. I will definitely call them again when I have a problem.
I first thought I had a bad circuit breaker but it turned out that a timer switch was not connected right. The technician was quick in determining the issue and fixed it. He showed up on time and was very responsive and professional.
Durham & Sons is a long standing business serving the Brevard county community for decades and my experience with them from start to finish was nothing short of excellent. The staff are friendly and professional and knowledgeable, throughout the entire process they demonstrated great communication and attention to detail with a friendly demeanor. Web page says they have 24/7 service. They do not. I reached out to them around 8pm. Tech did return my call but said he could not make it out until the afternoon of the next day. I understand this man probably worked a hard day. But do not offer 24/7 service if it's not available.
Tommy was excellent. He was able to come diagnose our issue the same day we called, and have a replacement part installed the very next day. He took very good care of us. We will be switching our AC maintenance plan over to Durham & Sons as soon as we are able. We look forward to working with them going forward!

Very knowledgeable and efficient. Installed new thermostat and a ionization device both work perfectly would definitely recommend. Update May 2023- came out same day on an emergency request when AC stopped running, arrived within an hour and quickly resolved the issue. I still great customer service from the office to the field techs. Highly recommend.

Durham & Sons deserve more the 5 stars, they are responsive, reasonable, neat, clean fairly priced and never fail to repair or replace what we need. We would NEVER consider using anyone else!! Mike was here today reprogrammed the thermostat quickly efficiently and at a very reasonable cost. We purchased our home in 2016 and have used Durham for all our electrical, cooling & heating needs. They are without a doubt the best company of any kind we have had the pleasure of hiring

Had a problem with my AC thought I need a new one Mr. R.J. Durham came himself to do this and said that I really don’t need a new AC but there is a problem . He immediately called for the repair person to come and although it is Labor Day weekend they still manage to get the person to come same day and the AC was repaired. I’m not surprised because this is what durham does always excellent service and excellent customer focus
