Do not go with this company they do not offer emergency service even on a unit they installed 6 months ago. A tech was out today, unit worked til they worked on it. It’s Friday night have company from out of town. They won’t come out til Monday.
Firstly they have very reasonable pricing and also they are a very good a/c service provider using digital tools. The company owner “Dan” is a delight to do business with. Thank you so very much!
Phil is a Professional! I highly recommend DON’T SWEAT IT AIR & HEAT! He is highly knowledgeable and polite! The Office Staff are very helpful and polite! in fact Phil is the best A/C tech that I have ever had servicing our A/C unit! My a/c was not working. Phil arrived shortly after I called. He was very helpful with my problem and had my a/c up and running in a very short time. He was able to fix my issue for less than quoted. Very honest and trustworthy! I highly recommend!
This company is superb. We bought an ac and furnace unit when we moved into our home 5 yrs ago. The yearly maintenance plan is awesome. They are easy to get a hold of and quickly respond to any issues or questions. Prices are very reasonable and we feel we get more than our money's worth which in today's world is terrific. You can count on them for free reliable advice rather than charging for the advice and swaying you to purchase or replace. We couldn't be happier.
They responded to my call within a few hours, and took care of the issue with the AC not running properly. Found my new AC service team.
I was disappointed that the quote I received over the phone for the service I requested was not accurate. I was under the impression that for the price I was quoted, they were going to be replacing both the duct work and the register box but when the technician came out, he said it was only for the one piece of duct work. There was mold on all of it and that was the whole point of replacing it.
A good company with which to do business, but perhaps not one to maintain a service relationship. They showed up promptly, did the work conscientiously and competently and displayed reasonableness in their pricing. I commend Mark Aarvig for representing his company well. They offered a service warranty, however, that they could not honor. I don't know if this was an attempt to do a service warranty with a hidden charge. They tried to collect labor charges after having included labor in their service warranty. I objected to the discrepancy and complained to the BBB and the owner refunded the charge for the warranty that they could not honor.
Showed up the next morning I called. Prompt service and he knew exactly what was wrong and fixed everything!
Dan was very thorough in maintenance of my AC system. I appreciate the time he took to explain things to me and offer suggestions. Look forward to seeing him at my 6 month AC system maintenance!
