I want to thank y'all so much for our new AC unit. My house was never this cool before. I greatly appreciate the work that was done and will be a life long customer! Again thank you to my team Jimmy R, Kevin L, Christian, Jimmy and Vinny. Y'all were awesome and so nice!
We had a very positive experience with this crew. We needed a total install and they were ready the next day. It was a big job and they stuck around all day until it was done. Very good communication with all the guys. Vinny, John and Joe made a great team. Thanks guys! We are sleeping cool again!
The young men were awesome. Vinnie, John and Joe did a great job explaining the product and how to use it properly. They were very friendly and knowledgeable about the product.
My husband and I purchased our new AC from Climate Experts and had the ducts cleaned immediately after the install. Vinny and Christian did an excellent job! They were very respectful and took care in each room of the house as they removed the vent and cleaned out years of dust. We are very satisfied with their work and would definitely hire them in the future.

Great service from start to finish! We had our A/C system replaced with new. Every person we spoke with on the phone or met on site was very professional, courteous and went above and beyond to make our experience wonderful. From setting expectations, fast response, to texting they were on their way and on time arrival, the communication was the best. Excellent, meticulous work! The project manager, Jimmy Ross came by twice during the install to make sure we were getting what we expected. The installation crew: Jean, Bo, Connor and Colby were top notch! Coordination from the office (Robyn) was excellent. This company knows great customer service!
We had an amazing technician named Jon. We had many other companies to our house previously and he found everything that was wrong. Would 100% recommend.
Climate Experts responded quickly when our AC was hit by lightning. The project manager, Jimmy Ross, that came to the house was very professional and stood out above and beyond numerous other company reps that came out. The quotes he provided were very clear and concise and was quick to respond to the questions I had over the weekend - I didn’t expect answers until Monday but he responded quickly. Since this involved my insurance company, I was unable to hire Climate Experts but pricing was very close and quality of HVAC equipment and follow-on customer care was top notch.
There are not enough words to describe the positive experience I have had with this company. I called for service on an old twelve year old system. The service technician Jon responded the same day and was very thorough in his diagnostics. Decided the system had reached it's life span. Climate Experts sent an AC system engineer out and gave us several options, and assisted us in deciding on the best system for our needs. The three installation technicians were there within two days. They were polite,knowledgeable and explained how a different location for the outdoor unit would be needed. This was due to the much larger physical size of the unit. They cleared the area needed or the new unit & tackled the job with professionalism and with the extra care required due to the limited area they had to work with. Not only did they do an awesome job, they completed the job thoroughly and safely. At the time of completion they took the time to answer questions and instructed us on the operation of the new smart thermostat. I am very satisfied with Climate Experts in all aspects and I'll recommend this company to anyone who asks for a quality and reliable company you can trust.
Jimmy was pleasant, knowledgeable & on time. We didn't use their business because there was no problem with the main AC. There was damage on the AC window unit but they don't replace or fix that kind of unit. Overall we were satisfied with his report. Thank you.
Bo and his team did an amazing job replacing the old unit in my home for a new one. I am extremely happy and Satisfied. Profesional, courteous and quick. Gave me great feedback on the new system and maintaining tips. Thank you to them, and Amanda for a great service as I expected from the beginning.
June 21, 2023. Jon Did A Remarkable Job During His Visit Out To My Home Today To Perform A Yearly Preventative Maintenance Check On My A/C And He Was Very Thorough As Always And Everything Is Perfect With My A/C System And At 5 Years Old Everything Is Good So As Always I Am Extremely Satisfied With Climate Experts. I Have Everything Good To Say About The Company. I Strongly Recommend Climate Experts To Assist Anyone In Their A/C Needs.

I came home to my AC not working, and immediately went into panic mode. I came across Climate Experts, and reached out for a quote. Within an hour Chris arrived and had my system up and running within 10 minutes. I am very impressed with their professionalism from start to finish.
