Ryan did a great job on our yearly tune up. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. I’ll definitely be asking for him for any of our AC needs in the future. I’ve been using Brevard Cooling and Heating for two years now and haven’t had a bad experience.

I think Brevard Cooling and Heating should be the bar all other services are measured to. When my A/C went out, I started calling all the companies on Google. I called 5 companies, left messages, nothing. I called Brevard Cooling and Heating and the phone was answered right away. The lady was very friendly and assured me she could get a tech out to me on Monday. (A/C went out Sunday) The tech was set to arrive between 5-7pm so there would be a slight extra for after hours. I was ok with that. The tech called me Monday and said that he could be there at 4:30 to save me the "extra" charge. I was shocked! Mathew showed up and got straight to work. He carefully checked everything over and showed me everything that was going on. He found the leak which unfortunately was going to be another appointment but he explained it well and I understood. I had a quote right there and we set it all in motion. Today, June 23, 2023, they were supposed to come around lunchtime but they called and said they could be there at 10am. I hurried home to give them access. A fantastic crew arrived and they were all completely friendly and professional. They set their game plan and got straight to it. There was no surprises, no hidden fees, or anything I wasn't expecting. 5 stars honestly doesn't even feel like CLOSE to enough of a rating for them. Seriously. I'm honestly really glad that no other company called me back because I honestly doubt any of them could have come close to the quality, punctuality, honestly, or integrity of Brevard Cooling and Heating, Inc. THANK YOU!
Very responsive to needs. I had a new A/C and heating system installed, which failed the county inspections; however, Brevard Heating and Cooling sent someone the next day to correct issues.

We have used Brevard Cooling and Heating several times now. Every time they have been on time, courteous, and extremely professional. We had to call them for an after hours emergency when our system went down and despite the late hours our Service Tech Matt was outstanding. He was very thourough and had a great attitude. I highly recommend this company and will continue using them for all our HVAC needs.
BEST DECISION MADE WHEN WE CHOSE BREVARD COOLING & HEATING FOR OUR NEW A/C INSTALLATION! We are fairly new the area (Melbourne Beach), and was in need of a new A/C unit with air handler. After receiving several quotes from various companies, we chose Brevard Cooling & Heating for many reasons. First, they were quick to come out, inspect our old system, and spent over an hour explaining different options for a new system. Eric is the Sales rep., who is so knowledgeable, explaining the various systems, pricing, and what is included when they do the install! HE IS FANTASTIC! Second, the install crew was on time, called 40 minutes in advance and was very polite. They cleaned as they worked, did an awesome job (took about 5 hrs), and once completed took pictures of everything for final approval from the main office before leaving. Third, the A/C Unit (DAIKIN) is quiet, runs great and is very efficient - which will save us money each month! It's always wise to shop around and get as much knowledge as possible - happy to know we made the right decision using BREVARD COOLING & HEATING!
Franco came promptly and was professional and courteous. He was clean cut and worked efficiently. He fixed my a/c and then took the time to educate me about how to properly maintain my two a/c units. He did a fantastic job. Worth every penny
I can't rave about this company enough. They are my saviors! I have had nothing but problems from the new a/c installed by ARS and Brevard Cooling comes out and fixes every problem every time. The technicians have gone above and beyond and the owner has worked with me throughout this entire ordeal. The ladies answering the phones are always polite and cheerful and get me on schedule within a day or 2. I highly recommend this company!
We had a great experience with Brevard Heating and Cooling. They installed a Diakin AC System and I would like to say they are very professional, quiet, personable, neat and clean. I would like to give a shout-out to Eric, our sales rep. We enjoyed working with him. Very professional, but fun to talk to. The installers were Collin and Kyle, and Franco stopped by to check everything. The office ladies, Jessica and Hailey, are very helpful and pleasant. It took a bit to get use to this system as it is different than any we’ve had previously, but we really like it. Looking forward to a good relationship with BC&H in the future. I would definitely recommend them.
Had a complete system install on 4/17. Charlie and Kyle were GREAT! Been with Brevard Cooling and Heating for over 8 years now. Always very professional and work is excellent.
I have been using Brevard cooling for over 6 years and I highly reccomend it. They are always on time, aswer calls without any wait or voice mails and shows up for emergencies quickly. About 2 weeks ago my ac stopped working. It was a Sunday and I called leaving a voicemail so someone could come on Monday. They actually called me back after a few hours and confirmed someone would come on Monday. Franco came and diagnosed the problem ( leak ) he was professional and gave me all the information in a clear and polite manner. He said they were 2 weeks ahead of any installation/big repairs but the following day I had a call they were able to schedule me ahead of time. Kyle and Collin were the techicians that came. They showed up on time and were very professional . I have marble rocks all around the outside unit that needed to be replaced. They did a great job at moving the rocks and also put them back around the new unit. Since my yard is very sandy I asked if they could use the shoes protectors to go in and out the house and they were pleased to do it which is a plus for me! I give them a 5 stars for the service.
Eric was our sales rep. He was very informative and pleasant. Collin and Kyle did an awesome job with the install of our new Daikin Air Conditioning System. There was a couple other guys here but do not know there names. Franco came by today to check the heat system. He was very informative and gave us good information as well as a lesson on the thermostat. Everyone was very pleasant. We are very pleased and happy.
After getting 7 quotes for a new HVAC system we decided to use Brevard Cooling and Heating. The sales guy (Eric) was straight forward and explained everything in great detail. They were very competitively priced and no one matched their warranty. They did the install in one day (even completely rebuilt our plenum) and the entire install grew was super courteous and professional. We are beyond pleased with them and expect to have no issues with our new unit. If we do, I am confident they will be back to make it right on the spot.

This company sells equipment and does not stand behind their workmanship. They are dishonest in business, the owner John is a scam artist taking advantage of Brevard families.
Very honest and professional from the office personnel, Tech to the installation crew. My 18 year old air handler's blower failed. They informed me that they could fix it, if that is what I wanted to do, and let me know the risks with repairing a system that old and could possibly lose the money I invest in a new blower. It helped me make the decision to replace the system. I could not be happier with its performance and warranty. The installation crew (Collin/ Charlie) were very efficient and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the installment. Very trustworthy company and I would highly recommend them.

Called them up on Wednesday for maintenance check up. Said they could be here today, they were prompt and actually early. He explained everything he was going to do , and didn’t try and get me to pay for any fixes that weren’t necessary. Did an excellent job and suggested a couple of things that may need to be replaced when I’m ready to have them done. Top notch company !!
