Responsive and helpful. I've had a few problems with my air conditioner in the past, but they were always able to take care of them quickly and efficiently—and without any fuss. They're always willing to work with me on payment plans, too!

When my AC stopped working, I called this company to come out and check it. They were able to get someone out the same day! The guy that came out was quick, kind and courteous. I would recommend this company to anyone.
Where do I start? Their customer service is the best I have ever experienced. They always come out same day, despite the fact there are other services available first. The service technicians are very professional, and seem very knowledgeable. I never feel like you were overcharged, like with the old company we used.

I have a exotic parrot in my home and they did not delay and came that same day. Very kind and compassionate from the initial phone call to the actual appointment. They are now my go to for all my HVAC needs. Would have given 6 stars !!! if I could.

Each time I've dealt with First Call Heating & Air Conditioning Service, I've had the honor of dealing with Jason for my AC maintenance and repairs. He's always punctual, professional and closely explains what he is doing. I appreciate that being someone who knows nothing about HVAC. I would strongly endorse this company!!
