CJ, Was very professional and knowledgeable of what was the problem, He got the job done in a fast and timely manner even after going out to get a new motor! (We were without AC for 3 days in this FL heat!) I am very grateful for him coming out! Now our house is not going to 85° and humid. I would definitely recommend Cj to my friends, family, and for any future problems we may in counter. Thanks!! 😊

He did not finish the job when he was hired from American Home Shield..He refused to finish the job within a few days of part was supposed to show up

Prompt, courteous, comparable pricing, trustworthy. This experience has made a repeat customer out of us. After calling 4 companies this am we only were able to get in touch with 2, one of which being Panhandle Heating and Cooling. I called at the moment it listed them being open. My call dropped and they continually reached out until we finally conversed via text due to bad cell signal. I relayed my findings to the gentleman on the phone and was told he could likely make it that evening around a designated time to check it out. I requested he call me with the diagnosis prior to repairing. He showed up very close to the discussed time, diagnosed it, called me, verified repair and notified me of that as well. He was polite and friendly and the price was reasonable and comparable to other repairs I had in the past. The promptness and eagerness to follow through with this repair was worth more than the repair itself to me. In a world where companies and peoples work ethics are declining this experience was perfect. This will be the top number on our list from here on out for future HVAC concerns. Thanks guys.
