What an amazing company! Everyone we spoke to was so helpful, attentive, and such a joy. Our specialist, Tony who came to check out our AC was very informative, easy to talk to, and incredibly kind (he was great with our grumpy old dog too which is a bonus, haha). We highly recommend Sun Up Services for your AC. They replaced our old ducts with new ones and brought an additional 2 new ducts and vents to our Florida room. Sean has great customer service skills, returned our first call the same day and showed up the following day at the time designated and provided us with an estimate that night. Could not be happier with this business! The company that replaced our HVAC system 2 years ago said we needed a new compressor and wanted $2100+ to replace it under warranty and said it would take 5-7 days to get a compressor. I called several places trying to find a reasonable price for the repair. Dan called me back and had a hold on a compressor and would have a skilled technician out in the morning to verify and replace it that day if needed. Steve came over, checked the AC and it was running. Suggested a kick start kit. He installed it and so far so good! Best $$$ I have ever spent. Thank you Sun Up for being fair and honest. No need to ever call anyone else!

Originally met the owner who I have to say is a very nice guy. Had a complete replacement of the outside unit and interior air handler. It takes a lot of work to orchestrate a complete new unit and I was very please with the politeness of the two young men who conducted the installation. Amazingly, the interior air-handler takes a lot of work to construct and his work was exceptional. A very important note to share with everyone is this. Make certain your warranty coverage is registered. My previous company did not do this! Sun Up ensured to register the product and provide me a copy via email. THIS IS IMPORTANT. After owning several homes and properties I would advice you sign up for the regular inspections of your unit. HVAC units in Florida take an enormous beating. My first follow up was 3/7 and all was well. I think my inspection program is around $179 per year but please, do this. Most people just ignore service and it will end up costing you a ton more of money. If you are lucky enough to get Tony, ask him about his extremely interesting background. Really nice man and the company is lucky to have him.

We just had our AC replaced and are glad we went with Sun Up. Shawn was professional, patient, and thorough when giving our estimate and financing options. Our installer (not sure what his name was) was also very thorough and took his time installing it. Our AC is cooling efficiently and no longer running constantly. The prices were very comparable to another company we got an estimate from, except Sun Up was not pushy like they were.

After having a good experience with the last tech from Sun-up, this last one (along with I assume was his trainee), although amiable, was disorganized and spent a long time fumbling the thermostat, to the point of me wondering if he knew what he was doing. He first looked in the closet where the unit is, declared that it was very dusty and that an ultra-violet unit should be installed. Well, it is an updraft unit which uses the air from inside the house, so of course it would be dusty. And, the previous tech had installed an UV unit last visit! Seems like he was looking for a sale. He was such a bumbler that I wanted him out of the house. He never did give me feedback on the system, and knowing I was fuming, left in a rush.
