Second one star review due continued lack of quality from this business. We purchased a new AC and air handler from this company just a few years ago. We have spent half the cost of the original unit for under warranty repairs. They send multiple techs who come whenever they please despite the business having given us a time window to expect them. They can't fix the problem or only fix it temporarily and it breaks again weeks later. We were told management would be contacting us to discuss but they never did.
Use Paradise air for years. Now they teamed up with performance are in their quality has gone down the toilet. Made an appointment for them to come out to do maintenance today. Over three weeks ago. Got called an hour after they were supposed to be here to say they don't have a technician to come out today and that they need to reschedule
Every since they have merged with Performance, customer service has been terrible. 3 business days to return phone calls is not acceptable.
Last July the PVC pipe that I put 1 cup of vinegar in each month was filled with water. Paradise Air came out and unclogged it for $169 and gave me a one year warranty on the work. At the time I was happy with the service. This August the PVC pipe was clogged again. A neighbor told me that he had the same problem and his AC technician used compressed air to clear the pipe (Paradise Air did not use compressed air). When I called Paradise Air I was put on hold for 7 minutes, then rudely told that my one year warranty had expired and they could not give me a price to use compressed air to clear my pipe. They did say that there would be a $114 dispatch fee plus the cost of whatever the technician did. My confidence in Paradise Air was already low, and the treatment I received on the phone made sure I would not be giving them my money. I called the AC company my neighbor had used and made an appointment.
Former Paradise customers should contact Rossi Air Inc. Wes is a former Paradise Air employee and carries on the Paradise Air tradition that Tim built prior to selling to the awful Performance Air. Tim sold his Paradise Air business to Performance Air (which is part of Delaware-based corporation) and Tim is no longer associated with the company. Most of the Paradise Air techs have quit. Prices have doubled. Service has been poor since the sale. The recent positive reviews are fake (1 review each) Support local business, not a Delaware-based conglomerate. Sad to see the business Tim built is now in the toilet.
Paradise was bought by Performance Air which has pretty much destroyed what was a good business. They charged my 95 year old mother $400 to clear her 5 feet of condensation line. It was a 20 minute job! Stay away!
I can validate the Staff at Paradise are always keeping us Informed by a twice a year post card reminder AC service maintenance service plan since 2016 that in Florida is essential for a reliable AC .The technicians who are employed by Paradise are always knowledgeable,informative,trustworthy, and professional. Omar arrived on time as he always does. He did a great job with the routine maintenance and explained what he was fixing. I'm so thankful your professionals know what to do to make room temperature great and keep the system operational. I just returned back to condo and had no phone calls about problems while I was away. Thanks so much!
Last night I realized the A/C unit was not producing cool air anymore. I called Paradise first thing this morning and they dispatched someone out right away. The technician was very polite, helpful and patient trying to diagnose the issue. My only disappointment is with the a/c unit itself which now needs a replacement part just nine months after being installed but this could happen with any units I guess! Paradise so far as proven to be a great company to work with.
Dan was prompt, courteous and professional. We had been having trouble with our thermostat for weeks. He was able to reprogram it and thoroughly explain the system to us. I will definitely use paradise Air in the future.
Highly recommend Paradise Air. I’ve used a few other companies in the past and had trouble finding any that really wowed me but they exceeded my expectations. Dan arrived right on time and got everything done in a timely manner. He gave me excellent advice and was pleasant to work with. Will 100% be using Paradise Air and Dan again!
I really like this company . Have tried several over the 4 years I have been here . They are professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy . So glad I found Paradise . They came out today with short notice to address an issue . Problem solved and I learned something new about new unit . Tim O’Connell had my new unit installed in a few days and it was the weekend . Appreciate the care and concern for their customers .I am a happy Paradise Air customer 🌴
My AC unit had not been serviced since we had purchased our home. After a week of noticing the AC was not getting to scheduled temperature in the evening/into the night (and I had to turn it lower/cooler earlier in order to get to desired temp at night) I searched google and came across Paradise Air. They had great ratings, were not far distance from my home location, and seemed to have the services I needed. From scheduling to completion of service they were swift to respond and communicate. Dan arrived to diagnosis our issue- he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything he was executing, answered all my questions-regarding the job(s) to be done day of, more AC inner workings to help me better understand & and recommendations for future needs. I will for sure request Dan with Paradise Air going for these services on my home going forward! My AC is now running optimal & at night we do not even have to set the temperature as low now thats is running clean & clear! Thanks for all your services!
I have tried several other companies and am so happy I found Paradise Air! They are competent, trustworthy and their pricing is fair. Dan did an excellent job today cleaning my Evaporator Coil which was caked in construction dust. I highly recommend Paradise Air.
On time, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. Isaiah was great, honest and explained everything he was doing while educating me about the things I need to be doing. Great communication from the entire Paradise team from start to finish. A group of true professionals!
Paradise is by far the best companies I have work with. Jason was and honest and up front rep for the company. He explained what he was doing and the result. He was very through. Jason arrived early and was very through. Would highly recommend Paradise.
The whole process was smooth with Paradise Air beginning with my initial phone call. They kept me posted right up until Dan arrived. He did a great job explaining the situation and fixing the issue. He was very patient and professional and I will definitely ask for Dan next time!
From the first call to Paradise office, we received excellent customer service. We liked the time and attention given to us by John when he came to look at our A/C situation and as promised, the crew that installed had paid attention to details and were very professional. We would recommend them.
I was very satisfied with the service I received from Paradise Air. Dan was extremely diligent in diagnosing the problem with my air conditioner. Dan from Paradise came to install my new fan motor and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything he was doing and why. I’ve had other AC companies over to give quotes and feel the best choice was Paradise both for pricing and trustworthiness.
