Niccole and Joel are absolutely amazing! When my AC gave out in the middle of day, hottest time of year, Niccole sent out Joel asap. Joel knows what he is doing and got us back up and running asap! I have used them previously when my father had issues in his home and same service there too! I would highly recommend Metro to anyone!!

A/C system went out over night and we were leaving the next day to go out of town. Metro Air was able to squeeze in an appointment for us same day and fixed our A/C system for a very reasonable price. The technician Luke was on time and a true professional. My air conditioning went out on a Saturday. I called and they were there within 2 hours to fix it. They were very reasonable and professional, and fixed the problem, did not try to sell me something I did not need. I have already recommended them to other people.
my air conditioner stopped working yesterday. I called Metro Air and a technician came out yesterday afternoon. He was very thorough and explained everything to me. Nicole, the customer service rep was very responsive and texted me to let me know when they were coming. I am extremely happy with Metro Air service.

A friend had no A/C all day. The unit would not come on. I called Metro-Air and within 15/20 minutes, a technician was at the residence. He checked a couple things, then came back about 5/10 minutes later and had found that a lizard had been the culprit. He replaced a part and the unit was up and running again. If we ever need A/C repair again, we will call Metro-Air.
If I could give them more than five stars I absolutely would. They are all of the above ….professional, responsive, good value …this Business has what is lacking in today’s world which is simply integrity. Darren was able to get someone out very quickly and for much less than I though! Phenomenal service, very professional and honest. It’s nice to know when you tell someone to do whatever it takes to get everything working right they don’t take advantage of you! Metro Air installed my unit 7-8 years ago and today I’m happy too continue using and recommending them to everyone.

We received a reasonable estimate to replace our HVAC from Metro Air. We also had them check our ductwork because we suspected that it needed to have some work done. Metro Air installed our new Trane HVAC with heat pump and thermostat promptly and efficiently. Their installation crew was prompt, courteous, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. Our ductwork repair was also done in a timely manner with the least disruption to us. We can say only good things about Metro Air‘s professionalism and quality of work. Even the county inspector was impressed.
I recently had my AC serviced, as well as Metro Air installed the unit in 2018. I have not had any issues and the recent visit was just for a checkup. The service was great and they were extremely helpful. Five star service! Thank you!

Kudos to metro air today. Not only were they able to do same day service- they arrived 2 hours early. Easy peasy and the bank wasn’t broken! And my ac drain pipe is also no longer broken!
