I called David and in less than 2 hours, his service tech showed up and fixed the problem. They are very honest and reasonable!
We had an entire new AC unit installed and all new duct work. We started having issue with out unit after 3 months, we called and called, even tried Jeff, the owner on his personal cell and NEVER received a call back! Not did they cover any issues that required attention! I have had an AC repair man out 5 times in the almost 2 years since this company installed my equipment incorrectly!!! I would never recommend them, in fact I have called ABC action news to assist and warn others!!! Not to mention it was a CASH deal!!!

The company was more than twice as much for the recommended service. If you are looking for an honest, punctual and reasonably priced air conditioning company, use Len’s Air Conditioning!
Fantastic service. They identified the issue with the A/C's capacitor and got my A/C working again very quickly. Some of the most professional service I've had in a long time. Highly recommended.
I honestly don't know about their actual AC service, but their customer service is lacking in my opinion. I called them in an emergency and left all my contact information on their VM and never even received a return call. That was a week ago. I won't call them again.

I had a good day with the replacement of my a/c. The installers were on time and answered all my questions. Got the work done in a reasonable time. The office followup with inspector for the next day appt for me. Also sent me all the warranties for the a/c unit. From the estimate (very reasonable price) to the installation it was all done very professional. I will be calling Len's A/C for service calls when needed.
Lens air is extremely professions and responsive They have been able to fix ac problems and repairs when other Ac companies could not. They are very fair with pricing and their customer service is excellent !!!!
Recently replaced our AC unit and air handler. Len’s came highly recommended by a friend. When they came to give the estimate, they did not try to sell us more than we needed and gave us the best option for the space we had. Estimate came in reasonable, so we signed the contract. Four days later we had a new unit installed. Two man work crew came on time, were very polite and cleaned up after themselves. Very efficient, cost effective and professional company. Would definitely recommend Len’s!!

I have used Len's AC for more than 10 years for yearly maintenance and repairs when needed. Recently, during this difficult Covid time, I needed a repair due to a duct leak caused by an animal in my attic. I hadn't had anyone in my home for 9 weeks. I asked about safety and was told that the service folks wear masks and gloves and maintain safe distancing. Jeff sure did. He was great, professional to the max, courteous and honest. He saved me lots of money and meticulously cleaned up everything. It is wonderful having a company I can always trust.
