Ben Woodward was professional and pleasant with explaining all the problems with my air conditioning system, he is very detailed with questions I asked him and I was pleased with him. Also I will like to add that Ben is very knowledge about his work, he did excellent work with everything he was doing, for example: bring and taking out all parts with good care with out hiding doors, walls, put clothes on floor so everything was clean after he finished, he vacuum inside unit and scrub other parts from unit, all he did was with good care, he work on my unit good few hr and I was very impressed and pleased to have him in my house and for future he will be guy I will request and I will strongly recommend him to anyone who need help with air conditioning, thank you Ben and Jenergy Air Services!!!
Requested A/C check up as electric bill was outrageous and over $200 dollars from Duke energy. Usually it's $150 in summer months. Zach explained the unit was quite old and not energy efficient. That it was working ok and that along with my old windows they all contributed to the high bill. He was professional and answered all my questions. I felt confident in his answers!

John the salesman was spectacular. The service gentleman were very knowledgeable and great to work with. I’m happy about the investment in my mobile home. The Mitsubishi unit is very quiet. The dry mode is very cooling as well as dehumidifying quickly.
I called and they came In 2hrs to troubleshoot A/C problem for a Tennant. Fixed in 1 hr. AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!!

The Jenair team arrived on time. They asked good questions about the problem we were having. They checked the thermostat and found it to be faulty. They replaced it, then they checked my inside and outside units. They also helped me close my windows. Very nice experience.
I came home from 3 weeks out of the country on the Friday night of a holiday weekend to no A/c. The next day Zac came out, reached the office to get me a quote, and brought me a portable unit for the weekend. By the end of Saturday I was all set for installation on Tuesday. Removed and reinstalled 27 AC Compressors, and 3 complete Installs,on a 3 story Condominium. The Owner herself Jen, came to our property. To me, that speaks volume!!! From small to large jobs, I believe they are more than capable. All of the AC Technicians were professional and knowledgeable.

First time customer. Jenergy was on my “to call” list for yearly maintenance. I had read many great recommendations from local FB groups. Unfortunately, my AC went down last night, but I reached out to Jenergy this morning, and I was up and running this afternoon!! Justin and Joe were both so friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and showed me some basic troubleshooting. I even got to meet the office manager Alex, she is my neighbor!! What a great team! So happy to have found someone dependable!
