Riley, the technician, was very professional, on time (actually arrived early) and took his time to explain why I was having an issue with my AC system. He didn't try to sell me anything but did point out some things I might want to consider at a later date. I highly recommend this company as it is veteran owned and operates like a well oiled machine.
Brandon gave amazing service, offered great options, and was efficient and kind. We will be going with Air Zero because of their ownership and Brandon’s amazing work!

I called for a service repair and my appointment was set for the next day. My rep arrived on time and he was professionally dressed. He explained everything and made sure to address my questions.
The office staff is friendly and professional. Dylan worked on our walk-in cooler. It was his first time working with this model, and it had an issue with several parts of the system. We expected a costly repair. He tracked all the problems to a bad wire connection, and few minutes later the unit was up and running!

I want to thank Brion and his team with Air Zero, they are just an awesome company to work with. I had my AC stop working when I woke up this morning and I found them on the internet, gave them a call and had a tech at my door with in an hour. They showed up diagnosed the issue and had my AC back up in running in less then 30 minutes. Thank you guys! I will be using you from now on.

I've been using AirZero for several years now. I have a semi-annual maintenance contract with them. Today, the Service Manager, Dan, came out to perform maintenance. His customer service and professionalism is above and beyond what is typical. He found an issue that was causing a leak in the roof. He cleaned up the drains and fixed problems with the tubing that was blocking the water flow. I'm very pleased with his work, as well as the overall service AirZero provides. AirZero = high quality, excellent service, thorough, professional, integrity, and on time---all done at a fair price for the value they provide. I will never use another company for my A/C needs.
I had an old AC unit that was slowly leaking freon that nobody could ever find the leak on. It started to get low again and I decided to replace the unit instead of paying for the high cost of R22 every 2 years. Since I had a bit of time to research I went through a couple companies including the one who replaced another unit 2 years ago for me. I tried Air Zero on the recommendation of a friend and spent a decent amount of time going back and forth with them on the replacement. I'm not an HVAC technician but I've done a lot of research on how they work. I could tell immediately they were being very honest. They came out and did an inspection before even quoting a price. It was very thorough. They checked the wiring of the thermostats to make sure it was compatible. Checked all the electrical to make sure it was sized properly. No other company did this type of thing before quoting me a price. (Price ended up being lower than the companies not doing this level of preparation.) Santiago Gonzalez & Dan Eaton did the install. Very professional and polite and went above and beyond my expectations. They left my garage cleaner than when they arrived and did not rush the job. At some point the owner arrived to I believe do the electrical work. You can tell everyone wanted to do the job right. They even took out a permit for the work which I am not sure if it was required or not but you are not going to do that if you are doing shady work. Overall very happy with the job (Its been a few weeks now) and would highly recommend them. I worked with at least 6 of their employees at various points in the process and all were extremely professional and polite.

This is one awesome company. My air conditioner stopped working last night. I called in the morning and Dan was there at 11:00 am. Dan was super nice and courteous, coming from the military was also a plus. He was telling me what was going on with all the details and had our compressor up and running within 30 minutes. This could be the best experience I have ever had with an HVAC technician. I don't care how long I have to wait for service. I will not use any other company but air zero. Thank you Dan for your excellence on the job.
We are so pleased with the service we received from Dylan at AirZero. He was on time, knowledgeable, thorough and got the job done. He made the repair we needed and didn’t try to upsell us. Overall, our experience was excellent.
