We started having problems with our AC units in our business location. Adirondack was the only company that could come out and check our system same day that we called. Went above and beyond to help us get the best deal we could and had both units installed in 8 days! We are beyond grateful for Amber, Drew and their crew!!!
I called Adirondack for an annual servicing at my wife's esthetician/PMU business Glamorous36. My tech was excellent. Honest, reliable. Wasn't pushy at all. Just made recommendations. The tech pretty much gave me AC 101, which was needed and appreciated. Definitely will use them moving forward.
Paid over $200 a few weeks ago and they want to charge another $200 to come out again. Thought I found a reputable company here that would stand behind their work but doesn’t seem to be the case. Wish there were more choices for HVAC in the area.
From the office staff to the technician they sent out to help us these guys were awesome, will definitely be using them in the future!
Was recommended by a friend and glad I was. Had an issue with my AC unit and they came and got it all handled. Tech showed me exactly what was wrong and got it all fixed. Really appreciated the customer service. Highly recommend this team.
Highly recommend Adirondack Services. Staff and serviceman are very professional and knowledgeable. You are given a timeframe when have appointment. They always call you prior to arriving to give you an estimated time in which they’ll be arriving. Reasonably priced as well.
Wow these guys are amazing! Called at 1pm ac was not working came out same day at 4 Cody found problem right away had part on his truck then big storm came he went above and beyond puting new part on in rain lightning got me back up and running you rock worth every penny definitely got me as new costomer
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY In December of 2019 I purchased a brand new Trane System. Adirondack Services suggested I do my routine maintenance 11 months after installation to make sure everything was ok and labor was still under warranty. I scheduled and they said all was good. At my next routine maintenance check in May of 2021, the technician told me he had to add $155 worth of Freon which I found out is illegal to do if you haven’t found the leak. I questioned it and he said nothing is wrong and these things happen. Shortly thereafter in June of 2021 the system malfunctioned and they diagnosed a bad coil and charged me $789 to replace the coil which was under warranty but the labor was not. I did my own research and found out there was a class action lawsuit on these coils which Adirondack knew about and never told me! Yesterday, November 3, 2021, Adirondack called to schedule my next routine maintenance appointment. I told them the Association members and myself noticed that the AC was not level. I asked if they would do a complimentary leveling at the maintenance check. They said they would not promise me a complimentary leveling because it could be a root problem. I told them they installed it and should have made sure the the base was solid and it was packed down properly. And, there are no trees around! I am not going to let them come and charge me $89 to show up (no contract) and $55 (contract fee) when it is their improper installation! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!! Update: It’s now only 2 years and 9 months old and the problems continue due to the bad install and incompetence of Adirondack Services Cooling and Heating. Avoid this company at all costs!!! It is now 5/8/23 and the problems still continue with my 3 year old Trane system installed by Adirondack Services. Now I have a bad compressor. All these issues are because of the bad install which resulted in a contaminated system. The owner refused to help and instead makes
I live in NY and called Adirondack to help repair my AC at a Florida rental home I own. They were responded immediately and were out the next day. Stayed on spot with their estimate and sent me pictures of their work. Fantastic job and very professional, trustworthy!
This company has so far been terrific with installation of a/c and my first maintenance. Very professional employees and I hope high quality work.
They did not try to sell me anything I didn't need.. They were on time they were courteous The job was done on the same day like they said there was no added extra fees.. I had 30 contractors with estimates from 12,000 to 30,000 .... Same job under $7,000 thanks again Adirondack 2/23/23... No problems yet
Adirondack has been handling our HVAC services since we opened our business in 2019, and we wouldn’t dream of using another company. They’re always professional, on time, communicative and patient. We’re glad to have this locally owned business here in our community.

Kaleb and Kyle were extremely accommodating. They did a great job installing our new ductwork and AC unit and they were professional and on time. They also showed great attention to my pregnant wife and the quality of air she is breathing. I would highly recommend to anyone.

I have been using Adirondack for my AC services since 1998. Adirondack has provided excellent services either on the repairs or maintenances. Their technicians are well trained and professional. Even on a small leak from the AC unit, which needs a small amount of refrigerant to be added, their technician can perform a leak check on systems as requested. Adirondack can always send over their technician on a same day per your request for a service. It is highly recommended to give them a call when you need AC service. 20 year old system died. Contact the company and came out early the next day promptly on time. Drew was so pleasant. We discussed the installation, financing and installation. I couldn't be there so team installed the system. They were so quick! They waited for someone to let them in to do the thermostat. Seriously it must been less than 2 hours! So nice as the team keep me informed the whole time. I had trouble with my paperwork and drew was so nice helping me out and being patient. The new system is so quiet. Lol. I keep standing over the vent. My old unit click on with loud chunk sound. Very happy with everything.
