I have used Thorpe Heating and Cooling for decades. They are honest, fast, and fairly priced.
What is there to say? I scheduled a simple preventive maintenance/ service visit. I called and they showed up on time, ready to work, and completed the job expediently. The technician was polite and professional. All of those things should be normal for businesses but nowadays it's the exception. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for anything.
We had an issue with a float switch constantly shutting off our system because of a broken elbow joint in the line. Sebastian took the time to find the issue then resolve it quickly.
Dustin was amazing, professional and resolved the problem with the unit. Great customer service. Highly recommend family business 👌

Lorraine was great! She took care of our issues and answered questions,explaining what needed to be done and why. She also worked in bad weather when she didn't have to, to get us taken care of because our system wasn't working right after a maintenance appointment earlier that day with another technician. Thanks to Elliott for a quick response to my call.
Justin was si polite and courteous. He fixed the unit quickly.
I had a minor emergency happen after hours and not only did Thorpe respond but the Service Manager Nelson responded himself. He worked to ensure I had AC and was well taken care of! Mind you he was still in my attic at 9:30pm! Josh Thorpe has a wonderful company and great customer service!

Sebastian arrived on time and was very pleasant. He explained everything he was doing and got right to work. He was very neat with his tools and didn’t make any messes in or around my house. He answered every question I had for him and showed me how to take care of my air conditioners. I look forward to having Sebastian do the maintenance for me the next time I need it done. Twice a year we have our AC serviced. We are happy with Thorpe and their service department.
Service tech seems very knowledgeable and helpful. She explained there was an issue with the zones not working properly, but was unable to reach her supervisor for advice. So the issue I called about exists and I was Not given a solution to remedy it.
Pool heater was diagnosted. It is great that they service them.

Great product. Installation couldn’t went better. Air Handler didn’t fit well. Could have been plan better. Over all went well.
They had to order parts for my a/c . Came back next day and installed.
