Gilad gave me a competent and thoughtful assessment, including estimates for recommended repairs and replacements. He was obviously very knowledgeable about furnace function and maintenance. I have trusted his quotes and recommendations and will be accepting them very soon.
Michael was very prompt, polite, courteous, neat and professional. He thoroughly explained the work required to do the job successfully. He definitely went the extra mile and tested and inspected the water heater unit.
