Very pleased with the service we received. Called on 4th of July at 5:30 PM, they were at my home by 6:30 and resolved our air conditioning issue by 7:00. Everyone else I called said they couldn't help me for two days.
Very professional and courteous. Did a great job, providing a portable air conditioning unit while I wait on my part from the factory. First time working with this company and this is the second visit and both times have been excellent. My go to new company for any air conditioning needs.
The guys were on time. They did the work that some companies didn't want to get into. I'll recommend Lakeland a.c. to my neighbors. I'm happy that my issue is resolved.
Tony came out with very short notice. The problem was properly diagnosed and resolved very quickly. I have no hesitation recommending or using them in the future.
There was a small scheduling hiccup originally due to a small situation out of everyone's control. Tony absolutely did right by us and rectified the situation immediately. The technicians were prompt, professional, and extremely polite. I'll continue using The Lakeland AC Company going forward and recommending it to my friends and family.
I have used Lakeland A/C twice in the last two months for different issues and they have been great. Both individuals that had come to my location were very respectful and courteous. On both occasions, the tech took the time out to explain what had been happened to our system and what needed to be completed to get to the end result. Great customer service from the individuals taking the calls as well. Very friendly company and great to work with when needed in a pinch. Scheduling was accommodating and they kept us up to date on the technician arrival times along with a photo of who was coming to my door, great safety feature.

We bought a house in Lakeland last year and have been remodeling it. We knew nothing about the HVAC system except that it worked and it was essential. Based on previous reviews, Lakeland AC seemed like a good choice. My first call was professionally answered and an immediate appointment scheduled. The young technician showed up on time, reviewed both our split systems, serviced them, drained them, checked all electrical, plumbing, and control points, and gave me a thorough explanation of how it all worked and how to maintain it. It was clear that the young man respected the professionalism and integrity of the company he worked for and his attitude and work demonstrated that. We are grateful to have a company like Lakeland Air Conditioning to rely on for annual servicing and of course for any problems. 2ND POST: 6/23/23 We had Lakeland AC out for maintenance earlier this year and were satisfied (see post above). Recently we had a ceiling leak that we thought was plumbing, but the plumber stated it seemed to be from an AC drain. We called Lakeland AC and they sent someone out immediately. He confirmed that a drain was clogged and leaking, cleared it, and added some tablets to further clear the line. A quick response, a thorough explanation, and a minimal charge-typical of Lakeland AC. Highly recommend.
My air conditioner stopped working Friday afternoon. I called and tech arrived at 5:10 pm (5-8pm promised). Great to not have to wait. It was extremely hot out today. Humidity so high too! Bayron was our tech. He did an excellent job! So polite and explained everything to me. My air working fine now and I’m very appreciative to Bayron and the Lakeland AC company.
Peter was very friendly and professional. He answered all my questions and was very informative and didn’t even mind all my questions for him.
Clay was in and out quickly, showed me what the issue was and got us up and running same day I called for service.
Came home from vacation on Saturday night to a hot house and found Lakeland AC on Google showing they had Sunday hours. I called first thing and Joey was there about 10:45 AM. After diagnosing the problem and letting us know what it was along with the estimate, He had us back up and running before noon. Better yet, he was courteous, friendly, and professional. We'll absolutely use Lakeland AC again.
Technician listened to my observations and informed me of how he would proceed. He clearly answered all of my questions and kept me informed of what he was finding. Got the system running quickly. Excellent service.
Recommended routine,yearly inspection. Service Tech,Joe,was prompt, capable and mannerly. LAC(Clove Air)has been our exclusive vendor for 14yrs.and provides superior customer support.
Had a great experience with Lakeland AC, got my new air installed this morning and it's working great. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
