My air conditioner had been out for a week and the other company I had scheduled to come out for the repair cancelled my appointment without notice and rescheduled my appointment for the next week leaving my family without air conditioning for two weeks. I called Springer Bros. to see if they could come out any sooner. Springer Bros. office staff was friendly and understanding. They scheduled a service call for that afternoon. The technician that came out was also amazing. He explained the issue, gave a few options for repair, and had the unit working within a couple of hours. Would highly recommend calling Springer Bros. before calling any other company in Lakeland.
Installed new Trane XV20 System 19 SEER Variable Speed Heat Pump (750 Stages) Maximum Comfort and Humidity Control Hyperion Variable Speed Air Handler and air cleaner. EVERYONE was OUTSTANDING, professional, knowledgeable, responsive, reliable and dependable. The crew removed my old system and installed the new system. They were clean and respectful and very accommodating putting the shoe covers on when coming into the house. HIGHLY recommend Springer Bros with all air conditioning and heating needs. Keep up the GREAT work Springer Bros and staff. 💖
Recommended by neighbor, Springer Bros listened to our needs and offered 4 options in writing. Derek took plenty of time to explain terms and how options differed. Office staff listen, respond and send email confirmation of appts. Techs, crew show up on time. They stuck to codes, adapted to challenges in the attic and went beyond job requirement. I found the whole crew polite, considerate, professional and they cleaned up the work area and attic. Lead adapted quickly when I reminded him of specific need in thermostat. Derek and Nate followed up promptly to adjust temp settings and did what it took to make the smart home app connect. I would definitely recommend this company.

For the past two years, every single time someone comes out to service my AC, there is an issue that was NEVER an issue before they came! Don’t send no one else to my house that don’t know what they are doing! This is ridiculous!

Very helpful and pleasant experience. The techs answered any question or concerns I had and fully explained the workings of my new system. Made sure everything was working and cleaned the whole area before leaving. Was very happy with their work. Highly recommend.

The technician showed up early which was certainly great since the AC was out and it's hot. He very quickly diagnosed the problem. It was the fan motor in the condenser unit. He quickly replaced the motor and was done in short order. My rating of three stars is simply because they charge $80 for a service call and do not apply that to the work or parts done so I paid $80 more than I would with 90% of the other companies I could have called. We have approximately 185 homes in the Creekside residential area. We have a list available to all residents of mechanics to call for service required on homes. I was going to recommend and put Springer Brothers on that list, however, having to pay an extra $80 I will not do that.
Excellent, from start to finish. The installation team was great! I had a few issues with the old system. When I inquired, the issues had all ready been addressed. I look forward to working with them in the future! Great honest company !
So I came home from work after hours and I ended up calling the after hours line. I received a call back from Lewis fairly quickly. He was busy on some calls and were not able to come out immediately so he walked me through what I needed to do over the phone and at it worked. I just wanted to say thank you and I will be using their services from now on.
We hired this company to come in and fix another company's huge mess. They met and exceeded all of our expectations. I won't go into detail, but we will say the old company left us royally screwed with shotty duct work and a false drain line they never installed, that we paid for. Springer Brothers blew the competition out of the water just because they're that awesome! In one day, SPRINGER BROS. did what the other company couldn't in a month! Thank you all that were involved at Springer Bros. This whole ordeal was a nightmare, and even though we had to come out of pocket even more to get it right, Springer Bros did right and I will definitely be using them again!
What a surprise! My unit was getting old and before the prices go any higher, I decided to replace my older AC system. I called multiple companies and got Multiple quotes from 7k to 10k. With there quotes they explained it would be a while to get a full system in stock. No one seemed to have a full system in stock. I called Springer Brothers because their website said they had units in stock. Chad came out to give me a quote. He was prompt, professional and presented a pretty darn good price. Surprisingly, he had many units in stock. I signed up for it immediately. Logan and his install team, were very polite and efficient. They removed my old system and professional installed the new one. I have to say, it was overall a very positive experience. Thank you.
A great local, family owned and operated business, that is professional and very courteous. Everyone from the Service Technician, Installers, and Office Personnel were always helpful and committed towards customer satisfaction. At first, I was not looking forward to having to get my 20 yr old air conditioning fixed and dealing with a contractor, but Derek and his company made it extremely easy. No up-selling or “growth” and quick turnaround time. Thanks!
A few weeks back, I called Springer Bros. out. System worked great, just wanted a basic maintenance service. Everything seemed to go fine, until the next day when the system quit blowing cold for some reason. Called them back out, and they tell me it's the fan motor. Seemed like it was working perfectly before, but okay... Day or two later, my system quit working yet again. Called them back out, yet again.. They tell me yet another expensive part has failed. This time the "defrost board" At this point, I was growing suspicious, my system that was working great before, had become a complete basket case for no apparent reason!! So, I refused, sent them packing, and called out an independent HVAC contractor. He came, he found the system to be suspiciously low on refrigerant. He topped it up, said everything looked good otherwise (no new defrost board needed), and he was on his way... I've waited a few months before writing this review to be sure. And yes, it's been working flawlessly again, ever since I got rid of Springer Bros. Now, the way I figure, my interactions with Springer Bros went one of two ways. (1), the techs they sent were grossly incompetent, and somehow didn't seem to notice that they left the system incorrectly charged. (doubtful).... Or. (2) Deliberately dishonest actions which are much less forgivable... I know which one I think it is, and I almost feel like calling 8 on your side!! But instead, I suppose I'll settle for this review. Hoping that it might save at least one other person from being sold expensive, unnecessary HVAC parts. Or perhaps a whole new system!! Which is probably what they were working up to... Why do I even have to leave 1 star? There should be a zero star option.
They are the best! Fast courteous service. Always polite & friendly. Properly masked and distanced which my husband & I REALLY appreciated. I also like the new text announcement if who is coming (with picture) and when they will arrive. Plus they always fix the problem.
