Came home to an unresponsive fan in my AC on a Holiday weekend Friday. I entered a request online with Ryals, expecting to hear from them on Wednesday after the Holiday. I received a follow up email at 8 am on Saturday and then a text follow up around10:30 saying that they didn't have the part I needed for my repair in stock and the supplier was closed for the Holiday. Ken called a few minutes later and said they had the part I needed at another job, a new construction, and he would get the part from that job and replace it when the supplier opened later in the week. Ken and his employee arrived by noon and had the repair completed in 20-30 minutes. Awesome job and great communication.
All i can say is WOW!! What an amazing company. Ryals has been nothing but helpful to us. We were almost scammed out of 6k with another company. I called up ryals to get a second opinion, expressed my frustration, and the receptionist was very, very sweet and very helpful. We had 2 technicians out within 2 hours. Took them less than 30 minutes to diagnose the issue we were having. The technicians were very thorough and explained everything. The overall experience was great and it saved us a ton of money. Our AC is working like a charm. Needless to say we are very thrilled and will be sticking with this company from here on out.
OMG! This was the best Service Experience EVER! My A/C of only 2 years broke so we called the best dealer we could find and we are glad we did. The reviews are on point as this was awesome from the start with the main office scheduling me right away for next day. Then the technician and I went over what I thought was going on so they would be prepared. Then a different person came to service the unit because he could be here earlier - but he had parts and knew everything we talked about. Great job at Communications! Then to top that off they fix it in no time for very little money and I am forever using Ryals Brothers for all my A/C needs period. Finding these guys for A/C Service is the best thing to happen in a long time. Great Job! New Customer for Life! -Tom and Babbs

We had our AC unit on top of our flat roof and it needed to be moved before getting a new roof. They moved it quickly and were super accommodating with my schedule. They also annually inspect our AC unit and I've never had anything but a good experience. Highly recommend!
Ken and RYALS Brothers air conditioning and heating are experts at what they do . After having two other companies come out to repair our system and determined we needed a brand new system. Ken and Matt fixed our unit and it is running perfect… better than it has in months. It is not making a loud sound on start up and they said we have time left on our existing unit. Honesty and hard work is hard to come by lately BUT with RYALS BROTHERS is exactly what we received. Thank you so much for being on time, your work ethic, dedication and honesty. The air conditioner is the most critical appliance in a Florida house. Ours needed to be replaced and we wanted it done right, so we called Ryals. The entire team was both responsive and very thorough in understanding our needs. Their service, professionalism and expertise are excellent. They listened and took our needs into account when designing and installing our system. The level of craftsmanship and care are excellent. Ryals offers the best value and service for this critical system.
I called in in the morning cause my A/C wasnt working. They sent a rep (gentleman named Murat) in the afternoon and immediately found the issue and replaced a contact switch in the outside blower unit and the A/C was fixed. Very professional and prompt service, will definitely call them for all my HVAC needs.
Ryals Brothers Air Conditioning & Heating in Crystal Lake is phenomenal. We had a great new HVAC system installed in April 2021, multiple ductwork repairs and an extra air return put in our master bedroom, plus a UV filter and new WiFi/digital thermostat. Zero issues, and hard, honest workers. We also recommended them to friends who paid big bucks to a different company for a new HVAC because that company messed up so many things and Ryals fixed them right up. Good people.
I called several companies, througout my area that service Mulberry. Most will not quote repairs and I wasn't sure if I needed a drain line replacement or just a modification to get it to drain correctly. Ken Ryals who I believe is current owner of Ryals Bothers, Inc., the two brothers who originally started it passed away. Don't be worrried though because this guy learned all of their experience and appears to be very qualified. Most importantly, he does what he says, shows up assessed the situation and only charged me for what was required. Cleaned out my bacteria white slime that built up over time and reran my drain line via a small modification. Believe you want a company that 1). Shows up on-time as scheduled. 2). Assessed the situation and quoted me a fair price for the job. 3). Does the job as expected. I wouldn't give this guy a one star if he did what several other AC people had wanted to do. Believe me, quality technicians are far and few between in Florida with all the hillbilly mentatlity and con-men. I took a chance based on the 160 plus positive reviews that I read and the service that was performed. I will use Ken's services for maintenance or repair again hes my new AC/HVAC guy....Dr. Freeze, LOL I like it HAH! Will Kushlakus - Mulberry, Florida
This company is outstanding! Our air conditioning was not working and I called around 3:00 pm. They had Ken come out after 5:00 pm on same day. It started working that evening, but by next day it got hot again. Ken came again and stayed past 11:00 pm until he found the problem which was the thermostat. It was an old one that we had for many years. It was finally replaced and all is well. Ken was honest, kind, knowledgeable, and a true professional. We recommend Ryals Brothers to anyone looking for an air conditioning company. They are truly the best in town!
Ken and Ryals are simply the best! They have been taking care and maintaining my home AC for the last 16 years. When it came time for a new unit, the process from contacting them, purchase, and install was amazing. They take tremendous pride in the work they do. It definitely shows up in the final product. This company was referred to me by my realtor. You can tell immediately that these guys know what they're doing. They had to fix the ac in the main part of the house then here we are 2 weeks later and I needed them for my ac on my addition. Brian and Ken came out even though it was late in the day and didn't complain not once. they immediately found the problem and had it fixed quickly. We will be using them for other ac projects planned in the future and they are the only we trust to do the work. Thank you so much for your dedication and hard work!
These guys did a wonderful job. It was so hot and you could tell these guys were wore out but they stayed until the job was finished. You need any work done call these guys. They are professional, they do excellent work, and they will stay until the job is done.

Very impressed with their expertise, professionalism, and perseverance. Quickly found the problem, had the solution, and saw things through until we were satisfied. Ken arrived as the sun began to set for his last stop on a Monday full of calls. Around midday, Tony made the first visit to diagnose what we believed to be a dead compressor. He immediately checked the refrigerant pressure and discovered the system was completely empty. At this point we began hunting for a leak. Within minutes of connecting a tank to the system Tony heard a leak from inside the outdoor unit, and after a bit more hunting, we found it. We then Facetimed with Ken, showed him the leak and he was confident it could be soldered. So, later that evening Ken arrived and, less than 30 minutes later, the leak was patched, and the system was being filled with refrigerant. By 8:30p the house was cooling again and a comfortable night’s sleep was enjoyed.
