Reese came by today and I must say that he was great! He educated me about the HVAC system and what my expectations were. Services were quick and it fixed the issue. Recommend highly!
We had a clogged dran line which shutoff our system. We called Rideout and Sons an someone was sent out the same afternoon. Unclogged line and we are up and running. The tech, Lee, noticed that our primary drip pan attached to the unit was cracked and needed to be replaced. He gave us a reasonable estimate, which we approved. The office called this morning to ask if it was convenient for us to have it fixed this morning. Lee and Reece showed up shortly there after. They were in and out in less than an hour. I would recommend this great company to all of my Lakeland neighbors. 5 stars all the way! Thank you Lee and Reece!
I've used Rideout twice in the last two weeks, once for a repair to my handler/supply and again to install an mini split in a room. Both times they were on time and very professional and polite. Will continue to use Rideout & Sons for all my future AC related needs going forward.
Our homes original unit died when I was 7 months pregnant in the middle of summer on a holiday weekend. The odds were not in our favor! We got a 1/2 ton bigger unit as recommended. They were out at dawn on the very next business day and had everything replaced and cooling within 1.5 hours. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else! I wasn’t being sold anything, I was not taken advantage of and the service was phenomenal.

I called after 7pm in the evening because my A/C wasn't working. Someone answered and then relayed my call to a tech. The tech called back within 10 minutes and said someone would be out in the morning. I receive a call first thing and Lee was at my house by 8am. He identified the issue and went and picked up the part and had the issue fixed by 9AM. Quick, professional, and courteous service. Appreciate the quick repair and would highly recommend Rideout & Sons!

A group of men 4-5 showed up at my residence and were very professional and courteous; that goes a long way with me, in times when people are so uncaring toward others.
Our AC suddenly stopped working one evening. We called Ride Out and Sons and they were here not even an hour later. They were able to make the repairs and even had the part on hand, AC was repaired in no time !

Twice in the past two years I've had to do call for AC repair. I'm on a very tight budget so I called the cheapest repairs I could find. Both times I ended up having to call Rideout after because the "cheaper" companies could not fixed the issue. From now on I will always call first should I need them again! Very professional and get the job done right the first time!
Rideout and sons was referred by my neighbor when we moved here 2015 October from Indiana. We have been using them to service our 2004 4 ton trane since then, all went well. We decided to replace that system two weeks ago with a 5 ton Bryant system. Great advice from Chris with the 5 ton. Whole house is way better and we are ready for the real heat of the summer coming. Great people, good pricing with excellent product. Honesty and integrity go a long way with me. I highly recommend them for your projects
Rideout & Sons were efficient, on time, and the best price in town. I called other AC sites to ask for a bid to work on my AC, all of which said they had a charge varying from $39 to $109. Rideout had no charge and gave me a bid the same day. They arrived early with enough techs to finish the job in 1.5 hours. Sometime after leaving, I noted that my thermostat was not operating correctly. I called Rideout and a tech arrived within 10 minutes. He diagnosed the problem, fixed it and best of all NO CHARGE for his help. This is a great company that stands behind its work.
My A/C quit. I called Rideout and Sons d/t all the positive reviews on FB. They were at my home w/in 1 hour of my call and had my my entire system (A/C & handler) replaced in less than 24 hours of my initial call. The price and service were both exceptional. Highly recommend!!!
