I have been with Pro Air Heating and Cooling for years! I purchased my AC unit from them years ago. I have always had excellent experiences with this company. I highly recommend this company! Ten Star rating!! From the kind person on the phone-Henry to the AC Tech -Tim this team is great, professional and Honest! I called at 7:30am and they called me back by 8:00am. Tim was amazing as always! Helped with another issue and was efficient and kind and professional. I don't get stressed having to call him to come do repairs. Very excellent service. Update again on June 10, 2023: I had 4 vents that were not blowing out air for the AC. I had some water damage in the home. Tim came out quickly to assess what needed to be done....which was installation of duct work. He scheduled me quickly and he and his nephew completed the work in a timely manner. Once again Tim Holtsclaw (and his nephew) saved the day for me....very professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and great customer service. I called to have service because my AC was not blowing cold air. Initially I was told that someone would not be available until the next day. However, I received a call back 5 minutes later and the technician arrived within 45 minutes. This was my 2nd time using them and just like the second time, they sent someone right away. Lifesavers! Tim Holtsclaw, came a second time and again was professional, prompt, reliable, and AC is running wonderfully once again. Thank you!

Tim did an excellent job the first time I called Pro Air and he did an excellent job this time with our starting the every 6 months maintenance program. I'll never use anyone else.
