Thank you Polk Air! Got on the schedule for the next day! Your tech. was on time and diagnosed the problem quickly and correctly! He made the repair quickly and was done in about an hour! I will not hesitate to call them if I have any more problems !
Good job,checked everything out and added Freon as needed.
DO NOT USE BEWARE. Called and asked me for cleaning on 5 units. Most of the units could not be serviced called another company who was able to provide services despite what this company said. When i asked for a refund they tried to give a fraction of what i actually paid. Now having to sue them in small claims.
Enjoy that $362.00 to fix a loose wire . You won't get anymore money from me

They wanted to charge me $230 to “patch” low voltage wires from my thermostat to the control board on my AC unit or $600+ to replace them, which is perfectly fine and I appreciate them allowing me to make that decision. Luckily I had enough sense to get a second opinion. My new AC technician found that the thermostat was wired improperly and was able to fix the issue within an hour with no new parts or excessive labor charges. Their diagnostic was accurate, but their repair strategy was insulting. You see, I have a five strand wire loom providing signal to a four strand thermostat. One wire was bad, which again was properly diagnosed. The easy fix or “patch” was to use the fifth wire without ever finding the problem with the other. Long story longer, they tried to charge me $230 for five minutes worth of work. Nice try guys, maybe you’ll be able to overcharge the next person.
I am not familiar with heat pump systems but the two service techs were very friendly, professional and informative. I will use Polk again for any service needed.

I called Polk Air, and talked to Katina who was very courteous and even was able to give me an appointment for the next day! The technician came promptly and took care with everything on the HVAC unit. He explained everything to my husband, and did a very thorough job. We were very impressed. One hour was supposed to come out and texted me my appt was canceled and moved me to the end of the month! I'm glad they did, because Polk Air is the Company I called for maintenance on my new HVAC since I needed a new company. Their prices are very reasonable for servicing the unit twice a year. I would highly recommend Polk Air and I have signed up for yearly maintenance to insure my HVAC will continue to work properly for the extent of its life.

Had issues with the heater on a new hvac and the two technicians stayed until the issue was resolved and another issue they noticed also got fixed. Very professional and cleaned up after themselves as well.
