I messaged McKinney AC the night before and spoke to Joshua. He was out at 8:30 the next morning....got the part I needed (a condenser fan motor) and had the replacement done in less than 30 minutes! I couldn't ask for better and more professional service - and I highly recommend!

In Florida, you NEVER want to be without AC....unfortunately ours went out last night and it got pretty hot! We called McKinney Air Conditioning and they were able to come out the very next day, they were on time, quick, affordable and my house was cooled down before I came home with all our kiddos! Couldn’t be more grateful! Thank you McKinney AC for Everything!!! You are the BEST!!!
Can’t praise this company enough for what they did for me! Two hours before my daughters birthday party my a/c goes out, trying to play it cool but freaking the heck out on the inside I called and spoke to josh with McKinney Air Conditioning, he was at my house within 30mins, fixed the problem before the party stated. WOW! Great responsive timing, trusted like family, very professionalism company right here. They have a customer for life here!

Our air stopped working today, I called office and they came out within 4 hrs, diagnosed, serviced and Cold Air. No up selling, Just Honest Awesome Service from a Local Small Business at Fair Price. I would recommend anyone to call them for solid, honest Services.

Contacted McKinney Air & Heating through Facebook and within an hour heard back from Josh. He was professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Great communication skills. I was told by a previous company that the manufacturer no longer made parts for the unit I had and that I would need a brand new one (just the heat was broke), I was quoted $3800. I decided to get a different opinion and I'm so glad I did! Josh looked at it one day and was here the next to install the new part. We have heat again!! I didn't need a brand new unit, go figure! Highly recommend!
Best service in town
When our unit went down in august we were miserable and this was by far the best customer experience we could have asked for. We have had some bad experiences in the past with other guys, namely the ones that drive yellow vans and say they will be there in an hour, and were afraid to call anyone. We heard about these guys through a friend and were more than blown away with the level of customer service we got. Josh had quickly found a simple fix on our heat pump( I say simple but I have no idea how to fix it) and the price of a service call was more than reasonable. I went ahead and had them quote me a new high efficiency system and it is scheduled for this Monday!
Great customer service and fast response. I will call them anytime I need A/C work.
