Our technician Ethan was very friendly and helpful. He explained everything step by step and answered all of our questions in a professional manner. He had great customer service.
Jim Loomis did great diagnosed the problem and took the time to explain every detail to us! Professional and amazing at what he does! I’d recommend to anyone in need! They are really there to help not to take advantage of a situation! We will definitely be using his services again!
Chris was super pleasant to work with, very knowledgeable, honest and communicative. He showed me the issue and walked me through what he was doing to fix the problem. He didn’t upsell or add anything more than what needed to be done to get the ac back running again. Same day service came out on 4th of July so thank you again for your great service! He went above and beyond what was expected. Will definitely be using his services again.
My regular AC company, I used for years, wanted me to wait two days in 100 degree heat to repair my unit. Frank Gay came out in three hours and repaired unit in about 30 minutes. We now have a new AC company! My husband, my three dogs and I, thank you!
Michael did an awesome job. We had some old pipes and he had to struggle to get them to cooperate. He gave us suggestions on how to fix them in the future. Much appreciated. Pleasant and interesting conversation while he worked as well.
I can't say enough good things about Jim Loomis he arrived at the time he said and set right to work he redid the flashing around the AC making it snug as it should have been then caulked it up. Jim performed all the necessary maintenance and moved the water dripper so it could flow the way it is supposed to. Also helped me to put on My new hose . He's very courteous and answered all My questions In this to fast and impersonal world he treated my needs without treating me like a unit instead of a person Frank gay is lucky to have him 😊
I’m really glad I did my research and found Frank Gay Services. Our technician was Chris and he did such a good job taking care of the problem we had with our unit. And come to find out we had a few problems that he was more than happy to help us with. Very professional,knowledgeable about what was going on with our systems. I’m so glad we contacted them! I’ll definitely recommend Frank Gay!

I had an emergency call out and they sent James Loomis, he was awesome in the whole process with fixing my air conditioning. He also left me knowledgeable in regards to the system and how to correctly replace the filler. Thanks James
Frank Gay sent over their tech Christopher on a Sunday to help me out when my AC broke. He did a great job. He was thorough, kept me in the loop on the job, and was transparent with me on pricing.

Christopher Ange is hands down the best A/C technician I have ever encountered! He saved the day at 10 pm. Thank god for emergency repairmen! He took pictures and videos of my equipment so that he could better explain the problem. He was efficient in the way that he worked as well. He also took the time to make my crazy dog feel comfortable with his presence. Which made the whole experience so much better. My dog can be a hand full. The best part is, even with the emergency service fee. This was the cheapest A/C repair I have ever had! Frank Gay services will be my go-to for all my A/C needs.
Called them to arrange a service on my ac since it was doing some strange things at times. Earliest date was a week later but I explained that I had a flight to catch and I'd be unable to make the service appointment. This was my first time contacting this company and with no history or previous working relationship with them the receptionist/agent (amber I think) went out of her way and found me a slot for same day service! I received notifications via emails and text throughout the day of the technicians arrival ans the technician (Gabriel) was professional, technically competent and highly trained. I can't thank them enough for their outstanding service. They've just won a customer for life! Keep up the outstanding work and once again congratulations on a job well done from a very happy and 'cool' customer.

Christopher Lange was literally in our ceiling fixing our air conditioning 35 minutes after I hung up the phone. It was less than $300 and I am amazed. I will call this company for everything from now on. He explained everything thoroughly and had us fully informed on every step of the way. I cannot brag about them enough. He was very respectful, professional, courteous of our home. He asked permission politely before doing anything and even thoroughly cleaned up afterward. He was also very fast! In and out less than 2 hours. 12/10, highly recommend.
I have had several services now with Frank gay. My experience started out with Jim coming out to quote me for a mini split. He was professional prompt. Also we had Andy come out and gave a us a quote on adding electric outlets, security lights and electricity for the mini split. I felt like they were both honest and forthcoming. My technicians to install the mini split was Jose and Thamar. They did an excellent job! We did have a little hiccup with one of the security lights but they made it right. I just now had Chris come out to do my summer inspection on my HVAC unit he was prompt, efficient and did not try to force me into buying anything. I cannot say enough good things about Frank gay services! I would recommend them to anyone that would need their service. Sincerely, Barbara A.
