Very prompt and professional service. Arrived on time, diagnosed the issue in minutes, and had my repair completed within an hour. They kept me apprised every step of the way. At some places Customer service seems to be a lost art nowadays. Not here!! These folks are professional, honest, and still value each and every customer. That's how I see it anyhow.. thanks for everything!! You have earned another loyal customer in me.
Thank you Egberts, felt like 800 degrees and now it’s working better than before. The technician Shawn was A1 as well, he knew a lot about how to clean and take care of our unit until we can afford a new one.
Steve and the Egbert crew were fantastic. My unit fan went out yesterday on July 4th. I called them at 10am this morning, and by 6pm same day, I was back up and running. I will definitely be using them again, as I already signed up for their maintenance plan. Must have a/c and hvac in Florida, and you must have Egbert's. And no, they didn't pay me to say that!
Thomas was awesome.He was early and called to let me know he was on his way. He explained what was wrong with the unit and quickly repaired our unit. Will definitely be using Egbert company again.
This company pleasantly surprised me. On short notice, they made a same appointment and arrived on time. The tech quickly assessed the problem and informed me how they would handle it. I knew that day what they were going to do and how much it was going to cost me. They scheduled an appointment for the next day and, again, another tech arrived on time to make the repair. They ensured the repair was done correctly and now my AC unit is operating correctly. Because of their professionalism, I will definitely be using this company again, should the need arise. I got service from Egberts cooling and heating to replace the capacitor of my Goodman heat and pump system. I was charged $298 in total, which I found the cost might only be $12 to 52 of the part. To be honest, it’s good service, but it is weight too expensive to have their service.
Thomas our tech was very informative about what we needed to fix our a/c unit. Living in Florida we definitely need our air working it best and he helped us with this.
I met with Justin and with Nate. Justin took the time to show me The compressor was Bad.2 of the 3 wholes on the prong holding the compressor was fried from what I saw. He went over finance options and was able to be flexible with the payment. Nate showed up and let me know he was going to be in my yard working and what was to be done. Both were nice and professional.
The tech was very professional and knowledgeable. The crew that installed my new system was awesome! They were helpful and answered any questions I had. They arrived on time and finished in less than 5 hours! That is great service!
We had called Egberts for an air conditioner problem; came out right away . Steve Egbert explained everything what was wrong and how to handle this problem. Put our minds as ease. Wonderful ! We will use them again!

Egberts cooling provided a service technician within an hour. Thomas had the problem diagnosed within 15 minuted and replaced my defective thermostat quickly. Great service. I will definitely be s repeat customer.

Thomas was awesome! Called when he was on his way, arrived ahead of schedule, took 20 minutes to diagnose and repair our unit. Explained everything, and offered some suggestions for prolonging the life of our fan and condenser. Egbert's has exceeded expectation, and is now our go-to for our HVAC needs.
