This has to be one of the absolute best companies I have ever worked with! They are old school and know how to treat customers with Honest and fair prices, fantastic repair service and superb customer relations. I would 100% recommend this business to anyone needing AC repair or installation.
Creel Air has been maintaining my air conditioning units for years! They have kept them running efficiently and educate and explain how to care for and properly use them! They really care! They are trustworthy and family owned! Creel is quality and affordable and honest ! When I thought I needed a new unit they helped me repair my existing unit and it lasted., they didn’t over promise and are very nice about understanding a budget. Thank you Creel Air, José is absolutely the BEST !
Called the office and had someone at my home same day, the technician Jose was extremely knowledgeable professional and polite. He preformed his work quickly and effectively and had zero issue with me watching and actually paused several times to answer questions I had. I would highly recommend using Creel!
