Thank you thank you thank you! Cam identified all issues I was continuously having (even with a current ac guy servicing me annually). He went above and beyond when he didn’t have to, being we had just met. 1. My ac died, Cam offered to bring (with follow through) a window unit to get us through until he could install a new unit. 2. I was unable to pay on day of completion due to card issues. Cam said, “no problem, I understand these things happen” and literally waited for dayssssss until my card issues were resolved for payment. Thank you again! 3. The wait for a new unit was less than 2-3 days. 4. The cheaper model I agreed to purchasing wasn’t available. So what did Cam do? Upgraded me to the more expensive unit at no charge to get the job done. He is perfect at really explaining everything bit by bit so you understand really what is happening “under the hood” so as a customer, you can make an informed decision on your unit. I can’t sing enough praise. As he said my household is now a “Cam HVAC household” and thank god! I will recommend him to everyone!
Came out faster than anyone else in Lakeland could and took care of the problem with outstanding service, cam got my ac working better than new and now my newborn can go to sleep with ease. Thankyou so so much !

Cam came out and diagnosed my system the night I called him.He returned the next day and went above an beyond to make sure not only was it running but was cleaned and running like it should again.
Cam was very professional and on time. Very clearly explained the problem and what was necessary for repair. Prices were very comparable for the area. He even disgnosed a neighbors problem just by the sound of their unit. Highly recommend Cams HVAC to anyone.

The summer months are upon us... No need to look any further on who you need to call. Cam actually noticed me in my back yard messing with my AC unit and stopped by and asked if I knew what the issue was. He brought out a set of gauges, and a multi meter and had it figured out in no time. My unit isn't that old, and still has a warranty through the company that installed it... But I will choose to call his company first. An independent contractor will work harder at pleasing a customer than a larger business will... At least with my experiences. He still stops by from time to time to see how the unit is running... That's something that doesn't happen much with the larger companies.

Noticed my AC was not working around 3pm. Called Cams and he was at my house by 5. Went through everything with me, explained what needed to be fixed, gave me a quote, and had my AC back up and running by 7. Won’t be using anyone other than Cams!
We were hoping to fix our ac ourselves and when that didn't go as planned we called Cam. He took great care of us (came same day) and explained everything that was happening so clearly. We really appreciate his the quality of service and the speed at which he got it fixed. We will certainly call him the next time something comes up.
