Great fast friendly service. Best quote I found on new central air and heat unit!
My old AC (25+ years) finally went out in May 2022. Professional all around and one of the better prices with quality work including a new thermostat and a lift rental bc I have a roof unit. Kenny (the owner) did the inspection, gave me options, and quoted what I requested. Within a few days his crew was out installing the unit and it is working great - especially with as hot as it has been recently! I referred family and they too just had a recent install (early June 2022) bc he had better prices and my home was proof of the work quality.
Ken, his son Chris and Nathan were out to replace our heat pump for our pool. Yup, they work on pool heating equipment. They were awesome. Quoted the job on Monday and repair installed on Thursday!! The job was clean, done with care and we couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend them. We will be using them for our AC services in the future as well.

I had received 3 different quotes from local companies whom all told me I needed a new unit at around $6500. I contacted Beall AC and Kenny came out. He not only diagnosed the issue but fixed my AC at a great price. He saved me thousands of dollars on the purchase of a new system. My unit has been working great for over a year now. I recommend Beall AC to all my coworkers and they all have been pleased. Thank you for being an honest and professional company.
They are not honest and like to blame the tenants instead of fixing something as simple as a clogged drain line because it's 3 floors up and they can't find the drain line. They just point blame at the person living their so that they are not responsible.

We originally had called to get an estimate and the unit quality and price couldn't be beat! We ended up getting it installed sooner than expected because ours died on us unexpectedly. The service they provided was exceptional up front and honest very efficient and professional! Highly recommend great family owned business!
I had them come out for a service call as my unit was leaking like crazy and I was worried about the water damage. Nathan was our service tech and he was fast, efficient, and cost friendly. This morning I woke up with a dry unit and the stress off my shoulders. Greatful for their service and will recommend!
I have used this company several times and I have always had a great experience. They have saved me money over other companies as well. The staff has always been courteous and professional and have never tried to sell me something I didn't need.
This company was recommended by my pool care company for installation of heaters. I had them install $8500 in pool heating equipment with associated warranties that they used as a selling point. Now when I have a problem with the heater, they not only won’t come out to check it, they won’t respond to any phone calls or give any explanation. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Find any alternative.
They were my second opinion and they saved me 8k from just diagnosing and taking their time. Thanks!
They don't deserve 1 star . My experience was a nightmare. Poor customer care. No contact with me while waiting for a part that never arrived after 1 week of no air in my home. Had to spend 5 nights in a hotel just to survive the heat. Think about not using this group or you will find yourself in the same predicament as the one I experienced
