We've used them for years without issue. The tech is honest about the size of the issue and never tries to force a sale on a bigger item. We trust them to take care of the issue and be fair in pricing.

Excellent customer service! Timely call backs! Top notch products! If these are qualities your looking for, stay away from this company. They installed the unit in our home built by Southern Homes of Polk County ( Id suggest staying away from them as well ). One room in the house barely gets any airflow, and it really wasn't noticeable until last winter as the room did not get used much, yet it had a 19 degree difference as the heat was not flowing into there hardly at all. I called them several times in Jan 2020 and the girl that answered the phone said a tech would call back shortly.....never did. This week my system freezes over. Had a bad fan motor. Again almost same situation I call them , I'm told a tech will call back shortly, which didn't call back until many hours later. So long in fact I already had another company on site repairing the problem. But wait it doesn't stop there, oh no. The repairman who did show up contacted the manufacturer about the warranty... Turns out A & B never registered the AC unit when they installed it, as I was informed it was on THEM to do that when they installed the system, not on us the homeowner - who was never told anything about that anyhow, as we bought the home new. Luckily they, the REAL tech was able to register the warranty so I have the extended coverage ( 10 years ) as opposed to the standard 5. Which brings me to this, you do NOT have to use A & B to handle warranty issues, I found out other certified technicians can, not just the company who installed it. Stay away at all costs.
Never registered HVAC/Compressor with the new home construction (Southern Homes). I’m sure some responsibility falls on me, but it doesn’t help when the paperwork is stuffed inside the wall with the HVAC. Didn’t realize my AC was mismatched. Multiple times when I might have had minor leak and the 5 year warranty was still good they would always come by to top off the refrigerant for free or very cheap, but never fix the problem. Using a sniffer instead of dye, “oh there’s no leak”. Well where’s all the refrigerant going. The last cheap, pre-construction left from Southern Garbage and they’re horrible subcontractor Austin & Barnett will be out of my home soon.
My Heat pumps is extremely noisy and the heat strips kick in constantly. Installer refuses to answer my calls. Run forest run.
Very happy with their prompt and professional service. Really appreciated that they were the lowest bidder on the job.
