Such fast service! We called on Friday and Mike came within 2 hours. My old unit was beyond repair. My new unit arrived and was installed on the following Monday. I am very pleased with the fast and courteous service and highly recommend Anthony's

We have used Alexander for about 15 years. We stumbled across them about 15 years ago when we needed a second opinion after the rip off artists “One Hour Air” left our home with a $9,000 quote to replace a 3.5 ton system for a 1,600 square foot house. Alexander rolled in and told us they were nuts we hired Alexander to do the annual maintenance and for 10 years it ran great then we took a direct lightning strike in 2017 (a week before Irma) and lost everything electrical, they replaced our entire system for $3,500. Every time they come out for maintenance it is quick, clean, and affordable. The crew is second to none and Pam, oh Pam. Every time you speak to her you know YOU are her only concern. This past Friday at 10:00pm our Nest told us we had no power to the red wire (no air) and no air in September in Central Florida equals torture. I cleaned the drain monthly so I knew it was not the overflow. I called them at 10:30pm and got the answering service. Great by the way. They said they would call just after 8:00am, and guess who called? Pam! She knew exactly who I was, our history, and said give me 30 minutes, we are on the way. Mind you Saturday morning so I am thinking hmmm…as well as $$$. But we did not have a choice. At 8:35 the doorbell rang and I met John for the first time. Great manners, very professional, and he had us up and running in 1.5 hours with a full system check. All for $140. What??!!!! I was astonished at the low price. Anyway, if you live in Central Florida and DO NOT use Alexander you are missing some serious brain cells. They are truly awesome! In this day and age of extreme mark up ON EVERYTHING they could easily have given us the once over. And given the situation, we would have paid. But they did not. Integrity, quality people, quality products. They are incredible.

Called for a repair. Came out the same day and repaired it.
They are so far one of the best maintenance team we have worked with, as property manager, we encounter in this times a lot of AC units not working properly, and they are always trying to go as soon as possible, their response is always on time great service, and great people!!!

CALLED FOR A/C OUT. SERVICE MAN DAVID SHOWED UP ON TIME WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT. WHEN I NEED SERVICE NEXT TIME I WOUILD LIKE DAVID TO BE THE ONE WHO COMES TO MY HOUSE. HE SUGGESTED A SEASON TUNE-UP FOR NEXT YEAR. I WILL LOOK INTO IT. THANKS FOR YOUR SERVICE DAVID. FRED
We began using Alexander Air upon moving into our new home, based on our neighbor’s recommendation. They’ve been out to service a few times, and recently installed a new ac unit and new ductwork. Their prices were very reasonable, but that’s not even the best part about our experience with them…the people are. Every employee who has come into our home has been professional, kind and helpful. We’re very happy with the service they’ve provided thus far, and we will continue to be loyal customers.
I can't say enough on how good this company was..I had a issue and the president called me back late in the evening after the answering service took my message..

I have been doing business with Alexander Heating and AC for many years. They have replaced two worn-out units with new ones, and done some minor repairs also. I have always found them to be prompt, professional, courteous, and highly skilled. Their prices are very fair. Highly Recommended!!

I own multiple rental properties and have used a number of A/C companies over the years. About five years ago I started using Alexander Air. I have found their prices to be fair and an excellent value given the outstanding service.

Our old A/C unit stopped working on a very warm Christmas Eve one year. The original company had already left for the holiday. Was able to reach Alexander Heating and Cooling and they had a technician at our home within an hour. Unit needed replacing. Even though they were scheduled to be closed, replaced unit the day after Christmas. Still service every year. Price is reasonable and technicians are professional. Would not consider another company.
