We have been customers for almost five years. Always good communication, professionalism and service. Yesterday our AC went out on a Saturday afternoon and the next day was the company-wide annual event, one of the few days of the year they are full closed. But knowing it would be a hot July day, they had a technician out to us at 7am on a Sunday. He fixed the broken capacitor quickly and got us up and running. Touchstone is a company built on the best ideals of service and honesty.
Mark came out and looked around gave us several options. Very knowledgeable and and answered all our questions. Scheduled the installation and show up on time. There was 5 guys that showed up had the new heating and air installed very quickly. They all were very polite and friendly. They cleaned up there mess before they left. The price for what all they had to do to put in the unit was a very good price. The service was impeccable and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new unit.
We have had the pleasure of working with Mark and his team for 13 years and they have always given us prompt, courteous, professional, honest, and knowledgeable service. This fall we purchased a new York unit from them and we are pleased with the installation. Technitions Jeffrey and Ethan, as well as Mark, did a great job. A portion of our fence needed to be disassembled to get the unit into it's place. Mark took it down and put it back up for us leaving it in better shape than it was before. This is the kind of service one can expect from Touchstone Heat and Air. Thanks guys!

Install crew showed up on time for installation all 3 were professional and explained what they were doing they kept me informed as to what was going on and how install was progressing. Adapted well to install issue new unit was bigger than old unit and opening had to be enlarged and when done you could not tell by install that there was an issue. Cleaned up all old unit and ducts looks like it was befored they shiwed up. Installed wifi thermostat and they stayed till i was satisfied with running of new unit. Highly recommend this company and particularly this crew of John, Case, and Chance. Thank you Touchstone
Heats not working . Tried to schedule an appointment and was told they had one opening for tomm he would call me right back in 5 mins . 2 hours passed and he is now fully booked and I can no longer get an appointment this week . Really appreciate that!
Great company. Always professional and on time. Will tell you what needs to be done and the cost. Great warrant on their products. Will even show up in an emergency to look at the system for you.
I called for assistance with my AC unit and they sent someone out who informed us that we just needed to run some vinegar through the drain and all would be well. I did this and then I did it again with no improvement and the situation getting worse. Finally, I called them again and was told they would come out but because it was a holiday I would be charged 275.00 just to come out and fix what wasn’t fixed the first time. I tried talking to them last time they were out and said I thought there was more to the issue but I was told by two different people that if I would just follow their instructions I would have my air back. Now here I am with no air having to wait until tomorrow since I can’t afford to pay the extra to fix something that should have been fixed the first time.

Get home from a week out of town to find my AC went out. This company came recommend from my neighbor and now I know why. I called at 8:45pm Friday and they actually asked if they needed to come out right then. I said Saturday would be fine and was given an estimated time of 10:30am. Not only did I get a phone call but also a text with the technician's name when he was on the way. Jonathan arrived at my house at 10:45am and quickly diagnosed the issue. Touchstone didn't install this unit but pulled up the units info to see if it would be covered under warranty. I will definitely be using Touchstone again for all of my heating and cooling needs.
Reported my problem at 6pm on a Friday, technician Blake was here within an hour and found problem right away. By 8pm air was up and running perfectly! Blake was very friendly and professional. I could not have asked for a better experience after a long day of work and coming home to an unexpected problem. Thank you so much and kudos to Blake for being so quick with repair!!!

From my initial call to Ann Marie with and immediate in house scheduled inspection and quote with you Mark (Owner). I also want to give huge shot out to Toby, Ronald and Jareth amongst others that came to my house today and replaced my AC UNIT and moved to my desired location, installed insulation in my attic thru my whole house and gave me crash course and pointers on how to maintain my AC unit. Contacted John Holt early in the morning due to AC going out at night… within an hour I had the office calling me to let me know a technician was fixing to head my way! Jake ended up being my tech and stayed on the phone with me( I was at work) and talked me through what he was finding and what the issue was! Had it fixed in no time! Jake was very thorough and answered all my questions perfectly! Highly recommend Touchstone!!
I called this company at 4:50 pm on a Friday. Maryanne was fantastic to speak to. She was friendly, attentive and sympathetic of my issue (my AC wasn’t blowing at all). I couldn’t bear the thought of going the weekend with out ac! Florida heat is brutal! So she dispatched an tech. Ronald came to the rescue. He thought it was a blower motor which would have run over $1000! But then he thought to check on the relay. Turned out that was bad. Saved me the cost of the blower and I only had to pay the after hours service fee. He could have just put in the motor and gone on, I had already transferred money to my checking account to pay it, but he did the right thing! Will definitely use them in the future.
Jonathan was our tech and he was on time and very professional. Touchstone notified me the day before and the day of my appointment to remind me of my appointment time and to give me updates.
Polite!!Professional and very responsive returned my call before I could make it out the door on my way to work and this company made sure my issue was resolved and did another service I needed the following day while corresponding with me and my family throughout the entire process!!!
