I called on a Sunday and the gentleman Jr was here within a few hours. Even though it’s October it’s hot as heck and he saved the day for my dogs and I . I use Rocket for maintenance as well so I highly recommend them. Thank you to Jr for his promptness and explaining to me what was wrong.
This is my 3rd time using Rocket Cooling for my A/C needs. They have been professional, on time, and quick to respond. I don't do contracts and get tied down to any particular company, but I did one with them. They've always been honest and focused on what I needed instead of trying to sell/upsell me. That kind of costumer service is becoming more and more rare. So I hired them under contract for my routine maintenance and service. I have no doubt I made the right decision.
Repair was an after hours emergency ac repair..arrived at appointed time and fixed the issue we were having.
Do not trust this company. Quoted $130 for repair and when they came charged $145. I was told we had to replace motor and after a temporary repair we were told it would cost $95. When they called to schedule the cost immediately went to $345. I asked to talk to a manager and they had first repairman call me, who started screaming at me saying they threatened his job if I didn’t pay them. I asked for a manager from Rocket (they bought d&d) who was more arrogant than the first one. I checked d&d with the BBB and their standing has been revoked. Don’t be fooled. The company may have been bought by Rocket but the people are the same. By the way I checked with other companies and the cost would have been 50% less but they had the module for the motor and were basically holding it hostage because the motor was under a 10 year warranty and they couldn’t get credit for the motor without all the parts. Don’t do business with this company.
Very professional and personable. I recommend this company to anyone and everyone! Very happy with service! Always responsive within a short period of time.

The individual in the office was very kind and responsive and the technician that came out was on time and did an excellent job. I will never hesitate to call them again
On Sunday of the Labor Day holiday weekend our house was not cooling and up to 87 degrees in the house. When we returned and discovered it, Junior was there about 4 hours later and got it going. He even taught me how to avoid the problem in the future. We have had the same problem of a clogged line about 4 months ago, but no one else told me how to avoid it in the future. Update August 2022...Again Jerry was GREAT....AND SPEEDY .We bought our A/C from this family run business Great AC😅 Thanks to GLADES ELECTRIC 😲ON AND OFF AGAIN OUTAGES it blew my motor of 6 yrs. Jerry was at our home within hours..great guy...trusted service😆 Thanks Fixed
Competent & professional. Highly recommended. We just had a new system installed this past week because our unit was 16 years old and finally died. Rocket Cooling was very responsive when air conditioning quit and installed the new unit as quickly as possible. The price was very fair for a high end Trane 2 stage heat pump. The guys were great installing and made sure every was done right & operating properly. Thank you!
Labor day weekend, our A/C unit was not cooling. We called Rocket Cooling and were pleasantly surprised that someone was #1 returning our call and #2 was willing to come out late on a Saturday night. Service was Five Star all the way! THANK YOU Mr. Casey! Will be using ROCKET COOLING as needed!
We had a new AC unit installed in January 2022. In the last 2 weeks out motor broke, was replaced and our system still does not work. Now apparently, the board is broken. A tech came today and said the motor is now broken again. I can't figure out why this can't be fixed. Very frustrated!!

Prompt, reliable, professional service. Tech arrived within the time specified and both the tech and the office let me know when they were on the way. Techs were courteous and knowledgeable. Replacement system is so quiet and has good value. Rocket provided a portable AC while my system was down - at no cost! I highly recommend!
Rocket Cooling handled our a/c problem. They are always attentive to our needs and have always tried to get us scheduled as quick as possible. We are very pleased with their service.
From start to finish I loved doing business with Rocket Cooling. I called Wednesday for an estimate and the very next day the guys were out installing a new unit, etc and hauling away the old. The technicians were nice and professional.

Our system went down and Rocket Cooling fixed it the same day. From the great customer service on the phone to their knowledgeable service people, I would recommend them to anyone that needs their HVAC system serviced.
Jon was very knowledgeable and straight forward and honest with us about our system. Stated he didn't think it needed to be replaced as we have been told from another A/C repair company. He serviced the system as needed and seems to be working just fine..He gave us some good options in case we have to replace the system also. The punctuality and professionalism and quality of Jon from Rocket Cooling is something that is hard to find these days. Great job keep up the good and honest work. Blessings.
