Do not call! The ac was working fine it was cooling and it was very silent. All it needed was to clean the unit coil, duct vents, etc. So I called them and they sent Alexander. Before he started cleaning the outside unit he asked where did the ac turn off. Red flag #1, the helper had to tell him#2. When my husband saw they started arguing what needed to be done he knew they didn’t know what they had to do. They disarmed everything and when they went to arm it, the ac didn’t cool out. I’ll never call them again. First and last time.
They came today to replace the coils on my AC, they were on time and very professional. I highly recommend South Flow AC. Amazing work and amazing customer service all around, Michael is the best.

South Flow went above and beyond to help me out! I was at home watching a football game, and this loud whistle sound started ringing in my ears coming from my AC unit. Alex was able to take care of the sound, and get me back on track! My AC is running like new again, and I couldn't be more thankful! South Flow WILL be the official AC provider of the Miami Dolphins! The worst company I’ve ever known! Extremely unprofessional! They will contaminate your home. Take your money and leave you with nothing but a nightmare to deal with when they have destroyed your house. Alex Martinez is a fraud! I would leave zero stars but one star is the minimum. Communication was a disaster. They lead you on once you’ve paid and will not install what you’ve paid for. Avoid Alex Martinez and his company at ALL costs. I never right reviews but this was the worst experience of my 40 years of life so I had to share.
Wish more businesses acted like South Flow. Alex and his team were incredibly responsive and communicative, consummate professionals, and fairly priced. I purchased a split ac system and install from them, it was installed clean and very well done. Recommend them without reservation.

Very reliable a/c company out here in south Florida. Was having a issue with my central a/c and called up Alexander from South Flow, it was last minute fixing. Put me on schedule and had his employees stop by and fix the problem. The issue was something small compared to another quote from another a/c company that was charging me something that wasnt necessary. South flow is honest and not out to get your money, only to get your problem solved up and running again. Need more local companies like this.

These guys are terrific. I had cleaning on my duct work in Oct 2020. They did a fantastic job and the guys were super friendly. Fast forward, I had some issues with my AC where the compressor kept turning off but only ran the fan. I thought it was the thermostat and Google worked with me to send a replacement but while I was waiting I wondered if it was actually the AC. Alex showed for an estimate a bit late bc of an emergency he had to deal with but when he came by he took a look, found out what the problem was and hooked a brother up. Took about 20 mins and showed me the issue and what I needed to do in the future if I get this problem again. Problem solved. Alex is a good guy. Would recommend them for sure. Now I’m just waiting for the replacement thermostat Google sent me. Thanks
It's easy to see why South Flow Air Conditioning has five stars on Google & Yelp. In a city where it's impossible to recommend anybody, From personal experience I can recommend South Flow Air Conditoning for any of your HVAC needs. I met Alex out at my property on a Friday he was installing my brand new AC system the following Monday. Also important to mention the quality of the machine & price he quoted me was by far better than any of the other two companies I had called for estimates. Fast, reliable, professional, best value & an absolute commitment to excellence are just a few words I can think to describe my experience with Alex from South Flow Air Conditoning.
I got home from work at 5PM to a 81 degree house, by 9AM the following day Alex had my unit up and running like new. I contacted a few different companies but Alex took my call immediately and had a quote ready for me within minutes. He was knowledgeable, professional and most of all punctual.
