Dana provided exceptional service and made every effort to ensure our AC was working properly before he left. I recommend asking for his service from Aztil if you need work done on your AC. Incredible person and very knowledgeable!
Mr.Ricardo was very professional, diligent & thorough with cleaning all of the air vents throughout my home. He was also on time and made sure to clean up any mess that was left behind.
I waited 4 hours from 9-1 for the AC technician. He was a no show! He called an hour later when I was not there. Very unprofessional!
On a day that hit 95 degrees, my a/c stopped working. I was fortunate enough to have Juan O dispatched to my home. Juan has been in my home before, and in every instance he has been professional and courteous. He takes the time to explain what's happening, and patiently answered all my questions. He got my a/c running so I was able to sleep, and he'll be coming back in a few days to do an in-depth coil clean. I highly recommend their service contract. It gives me peace of mind. Aztil: Juan O is the best representative you could ask for. I hope I can have Juan whenever my a/c needs attention. Thanks Juan O!!
My AC was definitely due for a complete replacement. I contacted Aztil and spoke with a representative. He was told of my AC problems and scheduled a tech to come out the very next day and he would be at my house by 9 am. Sure enough, exactly at 9 am the next day, Lee, the service tech was at my door. He conducted a thorough inspection of my AC and was open and honest with me, stating that my AC was 12 years old and definitely needed to be replaced. He contacted his office and told me that he could have crew at my house at 9 am the very next day to replace the entire system. He gave me a price for everything which I found to be several thousand dollars cheaper than other companies. Once everything was agreed on, sure enough, the installation crew were at my door at 9 am. Being over 100 degrees outside this day, these guys worked all day and through the heat to complete the entire installation. Once done, they showed me the completed work and found that they had done an excellent job. They told me that part of my agreement was they were to clean the AC ducts and another crew would be out again by 9 am the following day. The following day, right at 9 am, Ricardo showed up to clean the ducts. Ricardo was the greatest! He did an incredible job, not only cleaning the ducts but was thorough enough to wipe down each of the vents with disinfectant. Ricardo also took the extra time to clean out my bathroom air vents that have the little fans in them which I didn’t even realize how dirty they can get. So I have to say that he definitely went above and beyond! But I really want to give all these guys a big shout out for such an amazing job. Within 2 days, I made the appointment, my new AC unit was installed and duct work cleared. Thanks Aztil and crew!
Ricardo and Yusnier worked their magic. They were professional and totally thorough in eliminating our dust & mold issues. Ricardo smacked his head yet soldiered on - in spite of all enemy dust & mold attacks. :-) They are recommended.
Dishonest, disorganized and chaotic back office. Nothing but problems from day one of signing up for maintenance contract. Have been on the phone 3-4 times weekly just to correct constant address inaccuracies and then charge mistakes, for months. Getting collection letters for other clients. Got double charged for a new AC unit. Their back office is a incompetent and does not care about mistakes as they repeat endlessly. Take your business to a professional company.

Big shout out to Ramon & John for fixing my Mom’s Central A/C. She lives in Century Village, in WPB. It was terribly hot & there was bad weather. They fixed her A/C & were very kind & professional to my elderly Mom. I live in NJ, so it gives me great comfort to know that she & I can rely on Aztil to fix the A/C in a timely, professional manner. Thank you!!
Awesome company. I am extremely happy with the way this company works. Mr. Gary, Erick, and Paul were super friendly and knowledgeable. Paul arrived on time and spent a whole deal of time assessing our ac situation. Explained different options and most importantly, he wasn’t pushing the sale on us. As a matter of fact, he left our driveway and we almost chased him down the street, lol. The experience was amazing. The installation was scheduled for the next day. The installation took only a few hours. The crew was respectful of the property and took their job very serious. They didn’t even stop for a glass of water. They worked and worked in this Florida heat. Amazing job skills. Very responsable and hardworking crew. God bless them all.

An electrical/ chemical smell suddenly came through my AC vents so severe that I had to call the fire Dept and evacuate overnight. Aztil came immediately first thing in the morning and diagnosed the AC unit, found the problem, gave me options, and addressed it with the solution that was the best fit for me. I’ve done business with Aztil for 18 years in multiple homes. Thank you Aztil for sending Juan Ortega! He’s been in my home other times and is amazing!
Called the company gave a correct diagnosis but began to add extras in pricing they quoted over 2thousand dollars got another AC company same diagnosis charged me 800 something dollars including labor. I'm sure Aztil can do the work but pricing I suggest getting another opinion 2gs vs 800 that's 1200 I saved
Aztil has provided service for my AC meds for over twenty years! The technicians are always professional and considerate. Today my drain line was clogged and the young man carefully rerouted the line and cleaned it thoroughly. These guys are great!
I am a repeat customer of Aztil Air Conditioning, today Ricardo arrived and went above and beyond his duty, very nice and thorough!!! He explained our situation clearly and gave me pointers on going forward to keep our unit running good. Would definitely rehire again, and would request Ricardo.
Brandon did a great job! He was very helpful and scheduled everything for me. He lined up our HVAC pipe cleaning and wrapping our HVAC pipes. In addition he appointed someone to come repair our Toliet. Very professional and responsive.

Called today 4/24/2023 . Air Conditioner wasn't turning on and temperature in house going higher. Have a 5 year maintenance contract with Aztil and wanted to set up an appointment. The soonest they could come to service my AC (which I purchased from them in 2020) was May 22. Outrageous. Rude on the phone and told me since I was calling in April I had to expect a tech to come out in May. However May 1 or 2 would have been acceptable but May 22 is ridiculous.!!!!
