My interactions with this particular company have left me deeply dissatisfied with their level of professionalism and reliability. Regrettably, the owner, ely, made promises regarding a job that he ultimately proved incapable of fulfilling, causing me to question his trustworthiness and competence. Encountering such a situation, where the service provided falls significantly short of reasonable expectations, is truly disappointing. The company's conduct in this instance has failed to meet the standards one would expect from a reputable establishment. Ely inability to deliver on his commitments further undermines his credibility as a business owner. Trustworthiness plays a pivotal role in any business relationship. It instills confidence and reliability, ensuring that promises made are upheld. However, my experience with this company has been the complete opposite. Their unprofessionalism, unreliability, and lack of trustworthiness have become apparent. It is vital to address the concerning issues surrounding the company's professionalism and reliability, as such shortcomings can greatly impact customer satisfaction and erode trust. Constructive feedback serves as an impetus for improvement, prompting the company to reevaluate its practices and strive for better service delivery. In addition to the aforementioned concerns, it is disheartening to note that the company failed to honor a package deal for new units, despite ely personally communicating the agreement. While written documentation provides stronger clarity and accountability, it should not undermine the importance of maintaining transparency and integrity in business dealings. When an owner directly communicates a package deal, it is reasonable to expect it to be honored, regardless of its written status. When our AC kicked the bucket suddenly, I contacted my home warranty folks, and they sent me local 'big' guys to fix it. Their guy came and gave me a runaround and threw some terms at me, thinking that I would just pay hundreds of dollars with no questions asked. Due to these games, we were without AC for over a week, and my family was seriously suffering from 90 degrees of heat in our house. I was desperate when I contacted Monroe AC Services! To my shock, someone answered the phone immediately and promised to come to assess the issue the same day. I was somewhat doubtful, so I kept texting, asking for ETA, and got an appropriate response each time even though I was borderline annoying. All my doubts were dispersed when the boss showed up at the end of working hours and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. Not only was he knowledgeable, explained the problem to me, and had a part we needed like a true professional, but he waited until he made sure everything was running as it should. The cost was significantly less than the first AC guy (cannot call him a professional), with a clear invoice documenting parts and labor. I will never look for another AC company. Monroe AC Services saved the day, and I will be a loyal customer as long as we need AC services! Zhana
I do not recommend this company, I hired them to clean my AHU coil. Unit completely stopped cooling after few days due to refrigerant leak. They ignored my calls and text for few days. I ended up replacing my entire AC unit.
Eli responded quickly and promptly and came and serviced my RV AC (even though he doesn’t usually repair RV ACs). His repair was quick, fair priced, and I would recommend his services to anyone needing repair on their AC. He actually ended up needing to climb on top of the RV and make repairs to the main AC wiring along with replacing and repairing the thermostat. Thank you Eli!!!

An extremely dependable, honest, and professional Company. I have contacted them and spoke to Ilai and from the beginning to the end, it was a wonderful experience. They did an installation of a new 4 tons AC unit, replacing a 10+ years unit in our house. They are not just the best service, but prices are very reasonable and competitive. No surprises at the end of the bill. I have switched to this Company because they understand customer service, responsibility, and integrity in every sense.

I don't live in the states, i have properties there and manage that on a remote control is hard. I can't say how much times i was ripped off from different contractors and handyman that came to fix stuff and over charged me and make a bigger problem then what the actual problem is. In one of my properties i have an ac that's about 12 years old. My tenant emailed me that the ac stop working I sent a company that I was using at that time and they told me that i need to change my AC unit "the unit is dead" they said. I was skeptical about it. I asked a friend if he knows an ac company and he recommended Monroe Service. A guy named Eli arrived and after 2 min he called me and told me " All done sir the unit is running you good to go!" I was like "WHAT!!!" "what was the problem?" He told me your fuse burnt. Someone wanted to bill me a 5K new ac for a $1.5 fuse 😡😡.
These guys do a fantastic job I have been using them for quite some time now .... They installed two units in my home the upstairs and the downstairs and the quality has been outstanding their always on time and they’re always responsive. We are very pleased with the quality and workmanship...... If there is ever an issue these guys pick up your phone call and come to your house and rectify the issue... In the past we had some issues that no one could figure out we called these guys in right away they knew what to do. Definitely recommend this company!!

This AC Repair company responds! Within moments of my call on a Sunday, Eli was at my home running a diagnostic and immediately helping to get our AC back online. There were no delays and no gimmicks. He was honest, considerate, hard working, and understanding. This AC Repair company ensures what needs to be done, is and what isn't necessary, isn't.
