Technician was pleasant new to the job recently certified but seemed to have a wealth of knowledge about the business. However the prices are unreasonable for what I wanted. and they weren’t honest about Univresal Air. They told me they were the same when actually they bought universal air conditioning out. They could have told me that because I asked. When a company is not transparent leave them alone.
Air Pros is the worst, most unreliable AC company we have dealt with in the 20 years we have owned our home. We inherited Air Pro from when Solar Bear went out of business, and in 2020 Air Pro induced us to buy a whole new system to replace a 6 year old unit for $15,000 because they claimed the ducts had mold. Since it’s installation we’ve had nothing but problems, breakdowns, freezing up and most recently serious leaking. The most egregious breakdown and service failure occurred March 2022 on the day of an important family event, when the AC died and we had the entire family sweltering in over 90 degree heat while trying to get ready and they failed to send anyone to repair the system until the following day, when I had our whole family over for a post event brunch. We’ve had to have the unit repaired 3 times since March 2023. 3 weeks ago, the unit froze up. The tech incorrectly concluded that the cause was the filter we were using was too thick, and told us we needed to use a thinner filter. He did not have a filter on his truck but assured us we could get any thinner filter anywhere, at Publix, Walgreens, or Home Depot. We followed the tech’s instructions and purchased the best thinner filter we could find. Three weeks later, this past Monday, we heard water pouring out of the bottom of the unit. We also discovered that the unit had sucked up the lighter filter the tech told us to buy. We had travel plans early the following morning, and Air Pro promised to have an emergency crew at our house to fix the problem by early evening. After multiple follow up calls when no one showed or called to say they weren’t coming, they finally told us they couldn’t get anyone to the house due to the severe weather and late hour but promised to have someone for the first appointment on our return Friday morning. We called the day before to confirm and were assured that we would be the first appointment and that the tech would be at our house between 9 and 10 am. The following mor
NO STARS!!!!The service for the AC maintenance is horrible this company is a rip-off they charge $119. For a person to come out and simply take pictures of the unit. No labor at all. Customer service says one thing and charge something completely different... completely dissatisfied with this company.
I set up my appointment and they showed up 3 days late, each day they would give a different as to why they didn’t show up and when they did They tried to charge me 4,300k to replace the coil. Which I ended up getting it replaced for only $650. NEVER AGAIN.
ridiculously high fees - guy charged me $383 to replace a thermostat. stay away from this company .. price was a total shock to me.
I am being charged a service fee for a technician to come take picture of my unit then sit in his car for an hour to come back and tell me the service would cost twice as much as the quote received from another company. Literally would cost me over $500.00 to have them acid wash my coils vs another company. So basically $100 to tell me they are overpriced. Never even touched my ac..Still in shock!

This last maintenance connection was terrific!! Zoltan Ember was right on time. He didn't waste any time; answered all my questions and offered some tips and insights to make my A/C run even better. He was polite and obviously competent. I'm delighted!!
arrived and did the maintenance requested. did not take long. also suggested future maintenance but did not try to hard sell which i do appreciate.

Please please please be very very very careful with this company!! these people are totally liars!!! they gave me an appointment from 4 to 6 pm and they never showed up, I called them and they gave me another one for the next day from 9 to 11 am, nobody showed up again! almost 2 pm the service guy called me to confirm my appointment! and let me know that just for coming I had to pay $131 when the day before they told me $19, total garbage!
Miasael and his partner went in the attic and checked duct work that was previous installed by air pro. Changed the thermostat and did maintenance. They stayed until the system was running properly. I was totally satisfied with the service.
Andres is very knowledgeable, respectful and a positive person.
Charged me $120 to tell me my system was broken, used another contractor that cleaned the system and it works perfect. Airpros are dishonest crooks, never use them
Response was fast. Technician knew his job. The only remark will be that he can avoid to make lots of complains and comments about how hard was to find the part that was broken and at the end of the day he did not fix it saying that somebody else from his office has to come because it was too hard to reach the unit in the ceiling and that he has hip problems and that was too dangerous. After that kind of comment I o le told him to charge me for the vivos y and send me an estimate I was afraid that he will fell and then blame me for his fall.
Told the heater in my 6!yr old unit was bad The warranty is 10 years on unit Told me heater not part of unit is paid them 1680.00 and asked for itemized bill which never came Told by other Hvac company it should have been for the part But without a itemized bill don’t know how much it was
