Can't give more than 5 stars, but this company delivers! Spencer, Mike, Megan and all I didn't personally deal with. Exceptional response and service.
I had Air America come out on Thursday due to a clog. The Tech that came told me exactly what I knew but did nothing to fix the problem. I called back Friday morning and they rectified the situation sent out a new Technician who resolved the issue.
the only thing i found was the air condintioner wasnt pushed up to the trailer. there was a big gap between the unit and the tralier. i was afarid anmalins would get under the tralier. the men were very nice and i would have them back. thanks again for coming out

Brendan did an excellent job diagnosing the problem in a very hot attic! He was very professional and even took his shoes off to come in the house. We were very appreciative that they were able to fit us in for a same day service call.

My 1 year anniversary is tomorrow and suddenly my AC unit sounded "louder". Air America came out the same day and confirmed that the unit was just ramping up to a higher speed as it normally does during at peak activity.
Within the hour Spenser Jr had us up and running! Thank you American!
Justin explained the issues with the ac unit. It was a Friday night in June. He did not have the part on his truck but used a temporary fix to get us thru the weekend. He was here first thing Monday morning with a smile and parts. Our unit was repaired and serviced. Justin shared his knowledge with us and was an outstanding service technician. I have a complex heating and cooling situation, as my house was built in the mid 1950s and wasn't really designed for air conditioning. Air America always comes out and provides stellar service, spends extra time troubleshooting my unique issues when needed, always willing to crawl under the house or into the attic if I suspect there might be an issue, just an all-around great, reliable AC company.
Justin had to give me the bad news that I suspected. Leaking condenser. Really beside the fact that two week ago I was told the filter was clogged. I replace this entire unit because I was told two years ago we don’t replace condensers. Then after paying for a total replacement 6 months later your company had to replace….. the condenser. Now it need the condenser replaced again. And Justin had to give me the bad news and attempt to give me an estimate. REALLY. Maybe we should put in my old condenser it lasted almost 20 years. Can’t wait for your company to come back and say we can replace it then give you appliance insurance for a 3 year cost. Give me a break.

All around great company to use fur any AC needs. Thai is my second year with them, it’s nice to see the same crew come back. That means the company not only treats the customers right but the employees a well. Great Job
Top notch company! We used Air America when our AC went out on the home we recently purchased. Everyone was incredibly professional, communicative and friendly- from the shop staff to the technician. Unfortunately when our new part came in it was damaged in shipping, but this didn’t stop them from still completing the job on time. Technician drove down to Ocala to get us a new part and stayed until almost 9:00pm to complete the installation on the promised day. Our new system is running perfectly now and we couldn’t be happier! We will definitely use them again if we ever need AC help in the future.
