Same day service was a must and they delivered. In fact, they arrived before the scheduled window. Professional and knowledgeable technician. Overall customer service experience was fantastic.
Unfortunately after multiple AC units this outfit is still very hit or miss with service. We had the hardest time getting under warranty repair scheduled when we were totally without AC for a week until we finally got hold of a manager and owner who took care of us quickly. The front line staff and service man have no concern for the customer. We were double billed for that service and after 4 weeks we still cannot get ahold of anyone who can help. I have been placed i. 30 minute hold purgatory 3 times this week because supposedly only one person can help with billing. They will not communicate by email and seem determined to just keep the double bill. Very shady practices.
Thanks for nothing ! Mom almost 90 year old widow, was struggling on feels like 109 degree day . She paid for her contract every month for years & relied on you . You told her it was not repairable , tried to sell her new unit & left her to sweat . Another honest AC man got it working the next day . When we buy it will be through him .

I received multiple estimates when looking to replace my AC unit, and found Sansone to be great in every aspect. They gave me multiple quotes, explained the options and what was needed in detail. They kept a very punctual schedule for installation, and walked me through the entire process. I will be using them for any future AC needs exclusively.
Fantastic service. Everyone is polite and accessible. Phones are answered, callbacks happen, and prices are extremely competitive. Work is done on time by professional installers who know what they're doing and seem to like their jobs. There is no reason to use anyone else (and I never will go elsewhere again!). +++++++++++++++++++++ This is a new, additional review of Sansone. This is second time I have used Sansone to replace an air conditioning system. Service Tech Cody identified problem with the original system and made recommendations for a new system. The price was excellent and installation arranged for the next day. Installers arrived on time, were polite and professional, and despite some unknown issues and significant thunderstorms got the system in, up and running. Without question I would use Sansone again (in fact I will for another house needing a system). EVERYONE is eager to help; pricing is reasonable and service fantastic. Don't waste your time going anywhere else!!!!!

I needed to clear my AC line and Mitchel did a great job clearing it and also fixed the piping so I could maintain the line going forward.

Sansone never disappoints. Called at 730am on a Sunday and our tech was here by an hour later. Our tech William S. was great too! Very knowledgeable and respectful.

Sansone installed two new 4 tone Lenox elite series units they did an outstanding job all four technicians worked and were not on their phones Units cooled when done from 89 degrees to 75 in 27 minutes to 54 percent humidity Quick service and very clean

I have used Sansone for years... last visit was my last. Every time they come to look at a problem they instantly recommend a New Ac. I have bought 5 already. Today I asked cost of repair after they tried the new AC push. They said 900.00 then later said it would be 1700.00 I called another company. .. repaired same day 775.00 with no speak of needing a new ac. Then they send way over priced bids for new AC's without looking at what they recently charged me... I have had to negotiate every time I have purchased from them. Don't respect the business any longer. They should offer to fix something and give you a fair price to fix versus replace. Feels like bullying to mark the repair up to get a new AC sold.
Technician, Jesse, was prompt, courteous and proficient in the repair of our plumbing problems. We will call upon Red Rooter again if necessary.

I Had an issue with my A/C back in February of this year, it was a Thursday after work A/C was not coming on so I called Sansone for a same day service/Emergency, they were respectful and quick to respond over the phone, within 2 hours got someone over my place the tech was respectful and explained everything that he was working, he was fast and clean, he provided a very good job, i called them again today because I needed the receipt because I lost my copy, again they resolve my request within 5 minutes, outstanding!! Keep up the good work.
