Americas Air is the ONLY way to go! Perfect Customer Service! Thank you Ben and Ty for your help last week. Not only did they answer all of my questions but did so in a professional manner. They showed up as stated and made me feel like I was a family member. I 100% recommend!!
My brother is amazing!!! Busy with installs and scheduled repairs but took the time out of his day to help save me money to replace a warrantied part for free. Could not have done it without his guidance, support, pictures back in forth and expertise!!!. Thank you ❤️
I have used America's Air a few times now and have been nothing but pleased!! Even when I could not be present for the service at one of my rentals, the tech sent photos and clear communication of his findings. I was present, however, during the service call to my personal home and the tech was very kind, informative and patient. I will continue to use America's Air and this specific technician for ALL of my HVAC/Heating needs as it is very hard to find kind, caring, honest service.
After trying a few other companies, I got it right with this one (Americas Air). I was very PLEASED with the owner Jeremy a very honest Christian trustworthy man. His urgency, the service, the expertise, and the explanation of all the questions that I asked. He went above and beyond my expectations in handling my sudden no heat dilemma. Americas Air LCC is the best most reliable company around. They have been there for me when i need them no matter what even on a holiday once no matter what i have needed they have always went above and beyond to help my family and provided excellent affordable service
Very knowledgable and fantastic customer service! The owner of Americas Air provided quick diagnosis, quality work, and even worked after hours to make sure the job was completed timely. On top of that, prices were reasonable for top of the line equipment! I'll definitely be using them for my annual service checks.
