Well folks you don’t have to look any further for an honest Air Conditioner repair shop than Ken Hope A/C. The prior reviews tell it all. These good people are honest professionals that are precise and old-school knowledgable. I had 2 other well known Air Conditioner repair conglomerates come out and check the issue with my unit and was told and quoted 2 different issues and 2 different prices that were thousand of dollars apart was the cause of my system breaking down. I knew then I had to get a third opinion. After looking at reviews on the Next Door app that had Ken Hope AC highly rated I decided to give them a shot. From the nice woman who answered their phone at their office who when I initially called, instead of trying to just take my information to make an appointment, asked me what was going on with my system and walked me through doing checks to insure it wasn’t something that just required an adjustment. Now COME ON! Who does that? Ken Hope Air that’s who! The tech that came out was a Cool Old School Country dude named Don (ya gotta love that Name) who diagnosed my system’s issue with the precision of a Harvard schooled surgeon. Don diagnosed it as just needing a particular valve and an adjustment to the speed of the motor’s speed and now my system is running as smooth and consistent as it’s ever been. Ken Hope AC, a combination of knowledge, expertise, and honesty. Call them 1st!!!

I just wanted to start off by saying I'm tough on some of the companies that I reviewed in the past, but when you're good or great I'm going to let people know. This last Tuesday August 16th I had the privilege of having a great local company come and install my new HVAC 3.5 ton 15 seer. The crew arrived on time at 9a and was off property by 345p with my new AC running like a champ. It does however start with the owner/management I spoke to Mr. Hope multiple time and shook his hand and made a deal in person. This is a high quality, knowledgeable and personable company. I can't brag enough on him and the staff but if you need a new AC unit at a great price and quality installation Ken Hope AC is your place. Stay with a smaller company forget big AC installation companies. Thank you to Ken Hope AC and the awesome people who work there.

Ken Hope exceeds my 5 star expectations! We upgraded our unit and once again he did not disappoint! Excellent service every time! I was so confident in him I did not even compare prices! Definitely my go to for all of our AC and heating needs! Love the annual service aspect! The warranty is excellent! Couldn’t ask for any better!

We began using Ken Hope 20 years ago because his label was on the unit of the new house we bought. Since then we call every year in February for annual check. Today our tech came and gave us a clean Bill of health. Never trying to upsell unnecessary service or parts. Several years ago our system broke down just months away from 10 year warranty expiring. Instead of pressuring us to buy a new AC they repaired under warranty saving us thousands. Fair. Honest. Excellent service. And COVID safe. Tech was masked and distanced.
Very Rude and don’t care about customers. I don’t recommend. They send me a tech guy who leaked more than one pound of R22. They send me another guy and charged me for that one pound of R22 freon. They don’t want to admit the mistake all they care about is charging people. When l Gave them an honest bad review, the owner who got thin skin and don’t care about his customers told his staff not to serve me anymore. I am not mad or angry. I feel sorry for such a business who been serving Riverview for more than 20 yrs is going down the drain in customer service due to greed and -ve attitude toward customers. There are dozens of AC companies in the same ZipCode. My money went to your competitor. And that’s your fault.
I have used and recommended this company many times over the years. Today technician Don came to my home for a Heat Pump check up. His work was thorough and well done. When my unit finally dies, this is the company I will call for a replacement.
The staff is friendly and efficient. They were able to get someone out to work on our unit within a day and were reasonably priced.

5 out of 5 stars easy! Short story: an amazing family owned company that I would recommend for any and all HVAC needs. Long story: (my entire interaction) I purchased a place May 30th 2018. one day the AC stops working and it is incredibly hot in my place. So I do what most people do and ask a friend their recommendation. we all know this can be dangerous and you get the friend or family member who is quote-unquote this or that and it works out very poorly but nonetheless that is what I did. So beginning in October 2018 through January 2019 can hope agency representative came out to my place probably six to eight times between the heater and air conditioning. Naturally I felt skeptical about the place I bought and I was suspecting Ken Hope AC I am waited to be told you're better off replacing the AC. And of course it did come. and suddenly it came at a time that I most definitely could not afford replacing it. Repairing it was already a terrible consideration especially after the repairs I have already put into it. so I got the quotes for replacing and of course they were thousands of dollars that I could not commit to at that time. naturally over the next few weeks for his weather did not let me down for reminding me air conditioning is a necessity in Florida not a luxury. long story short I left a message for Ken hope to give me a call to discuss replacing my air conditioning. In the meantime I contacted another company to come out for a second opinion. I got a better price on the replacement AC but I was not thrilled with their finance company. Long story short with that piece of it they charge 29% interest a month and would most likely be a 3-year loan. Can hope works with Wells Fargo and you can get a 3-year loan at 0% as long as you have it paid off in that 3 years. The way you do the letters make payments every month based on how much you owe and what amount of time. Real simple math. So I called back company back and left a message. PS I still have n
Hello everyone, all my experiences with Ken Hope technicians have been very pleasant. They are very professional, and courteous when it comes to fixing and maintaining AC’s. Today was the fifth time they came to my home (3 repairs) and they solely focused on working on my AC without trying to persuade me to purchase a new system. They came to my home only a few hours after my call and diagnosed/fixed the problem in about and hour. Special thanks to Don and Kyle for the great work. A++
