Oscar was great, answered my call after hours to set up an appointment with him right away when my ac stopped working on me. Thankfully he had a job in my neighborhood and was able to pop on by real quick for a servicing and got my ac running like brand new. Oscar replaced and relocated an old AC system that my client had. When I saw what an incredible job he did for my client, I decided to call him for an AC issue I was having. Oscar works 18 hr days and was kind enough to find time for me on his day off. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He is quick to respond to phone calls and text messages, is extremely intelligent; really knows his business and is very professional. He is now the only AC professional that I will use and recommend to all of my real estate clients.

They were very professional. Super easy to communicate with, we set up an appointment and they showed up as promised. They cleaned our hvac system and ducts. The crew also left our home cleaner than they arrived. I would recommend this family business (unico air conditioning) to all my friends and family.
Very unprofessional, they missed their appointment and did not call me. But after I left them a message in google they all of a sudden called me and told me that the reason why they didn’t call me is because they didn’t have my number…. A complete waste of time. There are other companies that offer a TRUE free estimate and actually respect your time and not give you lousy excuses that they didn’t have your number but 2 hours later they did…

We now have all of the duct work connected to new grates they look awesome and the air scrubber offers the best breathing air possible and kills all kinds of unhealthy things. I'm also very happy we can control the entire system from our mobile devices through our very attractive sensi thermostat. We couldn't be happier well done guys on to the next property. What started off as a simple cleaning appointment, turned into an installation of a brand new AC system. Oscar and Jacob did a fantastic job. When Oscar took off the panel to my air handler, he showed me that there was an electrical fire. I did not hesitate to okay a brand new AC system once he showed me that. He was very quick to grab a brand new AC system from the shop and return to install the air handler and Jacob installed the AC unit outside. Thank you so, so much to both of them for their efficiency and swiftness to replace my AC. You will regret contacting Unico for any and all of your HVAC needs!
