I can't say enough about Twin Cooling, Phil is great and always reliable, no hidden charges no BS, this man explains everything to you and his guys are very clean, no messes left behind no extra parts and no Jerry Rigging, all work completed in a timely manner and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
I was referred to Philip by a handyman in the area! So sorry I used him. My unit is 2 years old and this is the second time it needed freon which should not be since it is only two years old. Now I need a new coil also. I have COPD and cannot breathe well in this weather !! He was suppose To come the night I called him, didn’t show up, and then called him the next morning said he Said he would TRY to get to me that day. I checked with my neighbor and got one of his friends who was in Air Conditioning and he came within an hour As a favor to my neighbor for me! He put Freon in and it went from 80 degrees to 74 in a couple of hours and is coming this morning to put a coil in! There are so many good people out there to do and need work so all I can say is RUN from Philip and twin cooling!! Did I mention that when the inspector came he failed him and he had to come back an re-inspect it! And Phillip’s response was “I usually know them, But didn’t know him that’s why he failed him! “
