They replaced a fan motor under warranty for me. They had to wait for the in-warranty part so they put a used one in to keep me going. They called every day with status emailed call report et. They go the extra mile. Extremely professional. A happy customer.
Joe is top notch! He came out within minutes after my call late in the day after our AC quit working. Easy fix to get it going again. They're straight up, old school. Thank you!
Smith air came out to my house when scheduled and was fast to realize and fix the problem with my A.C. I had some one else come out before them and charge me 3 times more than they did and not fix it. In this day and age it Is hard to find honest people. This company is going to be honest with you and only do the work needed and not try to sell you more than you need. I will use them from now on for all my A.C. needs.
Service Rep. was early, which was great. Had all equipment to fix AC, took his time, was thorough and friendly. Great company, great employees, very pleased with service.

Great AC company and great people and customer service. We have a maintenance contract with them. They are honest and dependable and came quickly when we had our AC go out recently. I trust them and highly recommend them.
I really can not say enough great things about this company! I have used them for many years and their service is dependable and affordable. We use their annual maintenance program and their technicians always arrive quickly if we are having problems with our air conditioner (even on a Sunday!!) Their staff is knowledgeable and efficient, I am so grateful to have a company that I can trust when I can not live without air conditioning! I highly recommend them to all of my family and friends!
First time i called to have all duct work replaced.. Techs were super nice and had the job done in very little time.. I called a year later when my a/c suddenly stopped working and they came the very next day .. They resolved the issue and were completely honest about it and very fair with the price. I recommend them highly. Very fair and honest company..
My air conditioner stopped working on a weekend. I called Steve Smith Aie Conditioning and the technician came in half an hour. He diagnosed the problem as being because of a circuit breaker in the AC and reset it. He refused to charge me for this !! saying it was a minor problem! These guys are ridiculously honest. They are the only AC people I will be using
The customer service I just experienced was so amazing I had to share about it. As a new home buyer I was anxious about cost when my air-conditioning system stopped working. We called Steve Smith Air Conditioning and the technician came out within the arranged time frame and was friendly, professional, informative and tenacious. After four hours of trying to figure out the problem in the sweltering heat he never gave up and the system was fixed and the cost was well below what I expected. I will now be joining their customer club! Thank you again for fast,honest, dependable service.
I needed my A/C replaced ASAP and so I call Steve and he came very quickly and did a great job at a fair price. I researched Steve Smith before I hired him and was told by many people what good work Steve did and how honest and dependable he was, I would have to agree with them.
