Extremy dissatisfied with quality of work and service. Needed to have them pull out a new Trane unit that they installed to only have them replace the undersized unit with a larger correctly sized unit. It then took them months to get that system working correctly. Stupid red neck nephew of his is the dumbest ever. They never show up with filters nor record sizes for next service. Therefore they take half a day or more back and forth to provide a simple routine maintenance. Beware of these idiots. I just simply got a new outfit to go forward with.
We have had nothing but problems with our new ac system they installed. I wish I knew how to attach a picture because you would never call these hack's

Air Care Solutions did a outstanding and very professional installation of a new indoor and outdoor unit in my home. Rick and his crew blew me away with how professional the company operates. They laid drop clothes throughout my home and cleaned up as they went through the job and at the end a final clean of everything. The Craftmanship was on point and professional even when things were not so easy. I would definitely recommend them and look forward to using them again in the future.
I’m from PA and purchased a condo in a 55+ community. I needed to replace a very worn out older AC system. I was referred to Air Care Solutions by a neighbor in the community who had used Air Care Solutions and was very pleased with the service they received. Everyone I dealt with from Jamie who came out to do the estimate to Richard who handled the contract and obtaining the installation permit, to installers Bernie and Jordan were outstanding to work with. Meeting with the estimator to the completion of the installation of the new AC unit all occurred within 2 days. Everyone conducted themselves personably and respectfully. Bernie and Jordan worked efficiently yet took the time to answer my questions to my satisfaction. They made me feel very much at ease the way they worked and conducted themselves. I could not be more pleased with the service I received from the entire Air Care Solutions team. I give them my highest recommendation.
I patronized Air Repair Solutions since 6/2014 when I got a new AC installed. I did not receive Bi-annual service maintenance that was pre-paid 11/2017 & as the result of non-service, the AC leaked destroying my water heater 1/2020. Richard Whittemore honored the Pre-paid late service 1/28/2020 but the technician, James, was requested to return 3 or 4 xs because he did not do all the 4 steps as promised per invoice. Then when the 2nd maintenance was scheduled 7/2020, the new tenant said the same as the former tenant that the technician did not do all the 4 steps, nor did he provide a service log to sign off. After many calls, texts & emails I last caught Mr. Whittemore on the phone 7/29/2020 & he told me he would look into it as promised 7/13/2020... Today is 9/7/2020... crickets. Therefore, I have come to the conclusion that I need to find a new AC service provider with integrity that will value their customers.

The most hard working and professional family owned business I’ve every encountered. These gentlemen worked HARD from the moment they arrived to the moment they left. We had a REME HALO installed as well as a total overhaul of our units outflow system. Just hours after installing the REME Halo the air quality in our home is tangibly better. I couldn’t be more pleased and I look forward to remaining a customer with Rick and his boys for the long term.
This company went above and beyond to help us. They are professional, honest and very nice. They replaced our AC in a few hours and did a wonderful job. I can’t thank Richard enough. I highly recommend Air Repair Solutions, Inc.

I am so appreciative of this Company "Air Repair Solutions, Inc." is number 1 in my book!!! My AC broke down a little over 2 yrs ago. At that time I was unable get a new AC. Last night I was ready! I called Owner Ric at about 6:30. He came out to my place within about 20 minutes assessed my situation and listened to my need to stay within a budget. He called me at 7:30 this morning and had someone out to begin installation of new air handler and compressor by 9:00 am. From beginning to end it all took less then 24 hours. As I write this its 77 degrees in my home! It hasn't been this cool in over 2 yrs. Thank You Air Repair!!! Thank You John and Thank You Ric!!!
Long story short my family and I came home from a Saturday evening out to a hot house😣😢😥 ac completely out called a familiar service repair after hours no one called me back in a professional manner. So like many others in a situation like me patience is not a virtue. So I seached google for a repair service near me, and Air Repair Solution was within mile of my home with great review. Called them up Rich wife answered very professional and then I spoke with Rich told him the problem over the phone he gave me a time not a ETA. He came he fixed my ac ,wonderful, professional man and I will recommend this company to anyone. Thanks again A.R.S
Changed out our old with a New Balanced Energy Efficient A/C system. Also Air Repair was very neat and did a great job of replacing all our attic ducts! They took the time to route them in such a way that left maximum floor storage space in a rather tight attic area! The outside work was also extra neat and professional looking! Thank you!
I had my AC installed a year ago by another AC company. on 4th of July weekend Friday, my air was blowing hot. I called the company that installed the unit and no reply into Saturday. I called Air Repair Solutions and they were there in an hour and a half and had me cooling again 30 minutes later. Was very impressed with the service and office follow-up. Will use again!
Not a good company, do research on them first before you spend your money..they will install the ac, then when something goes wrong they won't take responsibility for there action , they blame it on u..Beware.
Had it cleaned the coils 4 days later the compressor broke after he added frion in it to cool A/C. Hired another company and the guy told me he may have sabotaged the unit with adding wrong frion. I also think it was on purpose because from the umoment I met him he kept trying to sell me new unit. They just want want our money. I got a bad feeling about him. Then they quotes me the hues fest price when he said he would get me a good price. Very shady. I recommend GX air.
I wanted to get my ducts cleaned and get a once over of our system. I talked to Holly and got a great price for the two services. The service technician was very knowledgeable and professional. Fortunately, my system was in good working order and the technician did not try to sell me any unwanted repairs. I highly recommend for all of your HVAC needs.
Excellent sales and service company. Large enough to handle whatever comes up and small enough to have a personal touch. I have personally used this company for years limping along with my old unit, the day finally came to replace it. They did a great job, above and beyond my expectations. As a Realtor I have plenty of exposer to the A/C industry. I am always pleased to find a service company I can rely on.
