I just had a new Rheem HVAC installed in my condo and the service was excellent! Roger and his team were very prompt, trustworthy and hard-working! The temps outside are in the 90s, but it's nice and cool inside thanks to Serv Tech!

Their mechanic and owner Rogerio Alves provided full-service a year (Serv tech) provided me with an excellent service. Their well-trained & experienced, his are friendly and knowledgeable, making for a great customer experience thanks Roger you Are amazing definitely I have always recommended him.

Didn't like being charged too much. Also they changed arrival time. Mechanic Jose looked around and said that we need a new unit. All it needed is a small repair. Stay away from this company.
Didn't call back and didn't answer any of my calls. I called many times. I don't like this.
Roger the owner and Jose the tech did an exceptional job replacing my existing A/C. I got quotes from all the top installers in the area, and their price was by far the best. No hidden charges - very up-front pricing. Very prompt and answered all my questions. My wife does extensive research on all vendors and found that ServTech has an A+ BBB rating. Roger pointed out items the inspector would check and made sure they were taken care of. I would highly recommend ServTech.

The guy missed his original appointment, showed up after we asked him not to, couldn't identify the problem, made statements about the system that were nonsensical and clearly made up, performed no services, and then charged us $200. We will have to find another service to perform the repair after Thanksgiving.

Unlike other companies I contacted, Serv Tech and in particular Roger, quickly responded to my urgent AC service/replacement request over the hot Labor Day holiday weekend, ordered the specific AC unit I wanted promptly and worked diligently with his team to install it on time as promised. I just replaced my A/C Unit and Roger and his technician Jose did an excellent job with the installation. They were very responsive when I called and answered all my questions, very professional and knowledgeable and explained me all the options that I had in order complete the project.
