When I've phoned, this firm has been incredibly helpful. My heating and air conditioning system is always being explained to me by their extremely helpful employees, who are also quite polite. They have been wonderful to work with, and I would suggest them to everyone!
I want to thank you all for helping us out. We were having trouble with our AC unit and you were able to come out right away. The AC is working better than ever and we are so thankful! I will call you guys again if we have any air conditioning problems in the future.

Staff at the office was very helpful in helping me schedule and exposing the options available to me. John has been here both times to service my furnace and was professional and explained everything to me.
Greig was able to replace my water heater within a few hours. I was so unbelievably relieved with the response, professionalism, and information provided by him. If I could give more stars, I would! We will definitely be hiring him to do a few other projects.
Joe is an absolute pleasure to work with. When my furnace's water pump failed on a Friday, I called. Joe came out on Saturday morning, installed the new part, and double-checked everything. He's a true professional who wouldn't give up on resolving an unexpected problem, even if it threatened to disrupt his afternoon plans. Furthermore, his price was consistent with his quote, and he even followed up the next day. I know who I'll call the next time I need assistance!
Ray’s Heating Cooling Repair Company is an excellent business. For many years, Mike has been my service technician for annual maintenance. This year, he recommended a new HVAC, which his cre just finished installing. Everything has exceeded my expectations. The installation went much more quickly than anticipated. James and Zack were pleasant, courteous, and professional. When they were done, they even swept the floor! Before he left, Mike double-checked that I understood how to use my new system and answered all of my questions. Thank you so much to everyone!
This company provided me with a very positive experience. The techs knew what they were doing and came up with creative solutions to our problems. Other quotes from other companies were significantly more expensive. They returned several times to fine-tune the system and ensure that it was working properly. Overall, a strong performance.
Worst experience I’ve ever had with any type of home repair service. Technicians came out 3 times. One was a no call, no show. Charged $400 for a Freon refill and after the ac still was blowing warm told my wife to just turn the thermostat down to 67. Third appointment was an hour late and basically told me the unit needed to be replaced. Hired another company and they had it fixed and blowing cold in one hour. It was a $50 cleaning. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF.
Arrived on time, introduced themselves. Discussed a few installation details and went right to work. Installation went very well even with a little bad weather. Completed the installation in good time and cleaned up. Showed me my new system, answered any questions I had and gave me the booklets. Highly recommend Ray’s Heating Cooling Repair Company.
Techs were great to work with as they installed our furnace and air conditioner. They were friendly and professional. Even during the pandemic, they were able to get everything installed and working within the day. They made sure they were social distancing and keeping us updated on what they were doing to keep themselves and us safe and healthy.
Randy is amazing! Very professional, priced fairly and very flexible with my husband and I schedule. I've contacted several contractors and Ray’s Heating Cooling Repair Company price beat them by a long shot! Randy was very honest about what I need to convert my garage into an office space. He and his team installed a mini-split which I love!!! he even installed a few outlets at a discount rate as a bonus!! I can't say enough good things about this company!
Fraudulent company using a Private residential address....
The technician came to give us an estimate for a new furnace since two other companies had recommended getting one. However, during the course of the tech visit he fixed the two problems that the other technicians had missed. He was thorough and exact in his diagnostics, great to work with. Our furnace is running very nicely now. We highly recommend Ray’s Heating Cooling Repair Company.
