I spent almost 4 thousand dollars on a new unit and stopped working within 3 months and since the pandemic, I’ve been trying to call this company about my brand new AC they’re installed and broke down within three months ,nobody answer the calls. No one’s calling me back and I end up spent another $1200 to get my AC fixed. 2 years later still can get a hold on somebody. That’s unacceptable, I pulled out the contract and call one of the workers and he mention he no longer work for this company. This is insane and the website still on like they still in business.

We had water coming out of ceiling & light fixture. Called every number listed for company to include Sales, Financing, Service & every location in state of Florida, e-mailed and texted installer with no results for 2 days. All contacts go straight to voice mail. Called out another company to find they hooked up drains lines incorrectly on new system installed 11/5/19. Also, found that they left old air handler up in the attic. We will be contacting Trane to let them know what kind of service is not being provided for their product sales.

Poor response, when your air conditioner is installed that's it. Purchased a Rheem 2 in half years ago and we have had nothing but problems . You call them and you dont even get a call back. Not even a thank you but now that we got your money we dont give 2 cents. Run as fast as you can and stay away from this company. They are a RIP off., and scammers .

If you have to replace your air conditioner stay far away from this company. They are most likely going out of business because they never return calls.I purchased a brand new 5 ton Trane XR 8 months ago and in the past 3 weeks it was blowing hot air.I tried calling Nationwide HVAC but got no human to answer the phone so I left several messages with no one calling me back. I got in touch with the installer and that person told me straight up that they did NOT pay him for the installation Nd he too is trying to reach them.

This company is a joke and I’m talking from my own experience as an employee they subcontract me to install 4 HVAC Systems and that was 5 months ago and they didn’t pay me yet. I have sent them a bunch of emails and they not even respond to me. So if u are planning in do business with this people think it about it there is a lot of good companies out there offering financial aid. So please don’t let this person take your money away and when they get ur system installed u will never hear back from them. They are a JOKE AND WILL STOLE YOUR MONEY

I purchased air condition they installed less than a year ago and unit not working properly. For two days I left messages letting them know I needed unit to be repaired. Not a single return call. We thought it was great we saving using nationwide but you get what you pay for. Do yourself a favor and use a reputable local HVAC co. And do not use these guys!!!

I had a 5 ton Trane A/C system installed by Nation-Wide HVAC, at my property in Bradenton, FL, on 3/27/19. This initial install went well quickly and well. But now, less than 1 yr later, the air handler is not working properly and actually leaking refrigerant in to my home. Nation-wide has yet to return any of my numerous calls to them for service help. This appears to be a dubious company with no service support for defective units they have installed. I guess I have to take my complaints about them to Trane directly, and to file a complaint about them with the FL State AG's office.

This company as so tricky. I installed last 13 months 2 TOP of the line Trane ACs. They did work good for 3 months. I called after one AC did not work and it took me 2 weeks to get the company respond and they AFTER several Threats came and fix it. 3 weeks later the other AC broke down and it took me many another 5 days to get a respond. They fix it but again it happened 2 weeks ago I called them and emailed them texted one of the Owners Mr. Arsen- till now NO RESPONSE, I called another Trane company they came and fixed it and was told by the Technichen that the original installation was done wrong by Nationwide. I will file a claim with Broward court against them in the coming week for damages and an Invoice for$750. Labor for the repairs. They ARE VERY DIS= HONEST AND THEY PAY FOR YOUR REVIEWS. PLEASE DO YOUR HOMEWORK AND SEE HOW MANY COMPLAINS THEY HAVE.

Total bait and switch. Which is the exact same complaint I found on the BBB website along with several other complaints. I specifically ordered a GSX16 Sreries 5 ton unit with variable speed motor. I new exactly what I wanted when I called. After they installed the unit it ran all night and never cooled the house below 73. I then checked the model numbers on the unit they installed just to find out it is a 3 ton unit. I called the very next day and explained what happened. I was told they would look into it and call me back within a hour. No call back. Same exact thing happened on Monday 3 days later. No call back again. Called again on Tuesday and asked to speak to a manager. I was only allowed to speak to my sales rep who is now claiming the unit that was installed was the correct one. I refreshed her memory of our original conversation, and pointed out that even if She thinks I chose a 3 ton unit (which I did not) I was charged for a 5 ton unit. She quickly became irritated and told me a manger would call me back when he has time. I called back again to ask for a copy of the contract stating it was a 3 ton unit. She said no problem and then sent me to voicemail. I have now had to dispute the charges and start looking for a reputable company. After looking up Nationwide up on Sunbiz I found out they have only been around for 2 years. They are either a scam company that will dis appear once they have screwed enough people, or completely incompetent. I don't expect them to be around long enough to honer any warranties. Assuming they would honer them anyway. I noticed on every single negative review given Nationwide gives the exact same BS response. THEY CLAIM THAT THE PERSON LEAVING THE REVIEW IS NOT A CURRENT OR PREVIOUS CUSTOMER OF THEIRS. Once again total BS. I assure you I am a customer. I have a invoice and cc receipts to prove it.

Friendly from the beginning. Stephanie was great. She made appointments and kept us updated on everything. The installation was done professionally. Our installer was awesome, he worked very hard from the time he got to our house until he finished.

I ordered a new AC back in April. The unit doesn’t cool consistently. I have had multiple attempts to get the unit working as it should and either techs don’t show or you leave a message and no one responds. I was also promised a WIFi thermostat that has still not arrived! Buyer beware they are fantastic when it’s being sold but they offer no help afterwards! I wish I could give them no stars! Update: the company has scheduled several service calls and not shown for any of them. I still do not have any of the items promised to me.

Nationwide and their team of professionals have been there during our new home build and have been very accommodating and helpful during construction. Not only were they understanding to the issues we ran into, but they also helped us find a solution at a cost that fit our budget. Lazzaro (HVAC technician) was very knowledgeable and friendly. He had the whole house running and hooked up in no time. Excellent service that I would recommend to anyone who is in need of any HVAC service.

Wow! I came back into town and had no AC. I called around and the only company willing to come the same day was Nationwide HVAC. They had me up and running with a new unit by that evening! Lukasz and Arsen (hope I spelled that right) were apparently the owners and personally stepped in to ensure I was taken care of the same day! Highly recommended!

THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE!!! 6 service calls later and i still have nothing but problems!! Horrible customer service, employees that do not speak English and unresolved problems that have been occurring for years. If that is what you want to deal with, then this is the company for you. Oh and their review system is based on bribery. They give you an "amazing opportunity to win a free wifi thermostat" if you give them a 5 star review!!!!!

Let me list below the attributes of this company: -Low price-but you definitely get what you pay for. -Shows up on time -Nobody speaks English-very difficult to deal with the techs on site -Trane system installed -They never applied for or received a permit. The town is pursuing this violation aggressively. Next stop is the Florida Attorney General! -6 service calls in 18 months--nothing but aggravation. -Never fixed system properly-leaks, shuts down --all kinds of issues -No paper work or documentation was ever provided for any service work. This indicates something suspicious with respect to how they do business and bill Trane for service work. Why no documentation??? -Different non English speaking crews from Miami-I am in Estero!! -I am now demanding a total refund so I can work with a local reputable AC firm THE SYSTEM STILL NOT WORKING PROPERLY--AVOID THIS COMPANY!!
